The property is a comfortably appointed 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. This quiet, back of the building unit, in an elevator building offers sizable bedrooms -- each with a queen-size bed and cable-access televisions and DVD player. A small kitchenette and dining nook makes it perfect for eating in. There is ample closet space, and it is accessible to the A,C,E,1,2,3 subways.
A non-refundable reservation deposit of $300 is required at booking in order to hold the reservation. At 60 days prior to check-in, the renter is required to make a payment of 50% of the balance due. Half of this amount is refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in with a written cancellation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. This amount is non-refundable.
PayPal account email address will be forwarded to you upon request. A $300 refundable CASH security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is refunded at check out, provided there is no damage to the property. A cleaning fee of $60 is deducted from the refunable amount.
We accept payment through our PayPal account and/or by checks. All checks must be received 5 days before the payment is due.
