You can combine your chosen leisure time with your remote work/study capabilities all in one stay. Your space is exclusive to you with no sharing of amenities. Fast ethernet and 5 GHz WIFI connections are also provided.
 
The space
Our apartment offers an exclusive 450 sq. ft. (42 sq. m) indoor living space where guests have access to all amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a queen bed with linen and pillows for sleeping two persons. The en-suite bathroom offers a hot/cold shower, towels and essential toiletries. A clothes closet with hangers, iron and board is available in the bedroom. A dedicated work station with a RJ45 ethernet cable connection and WI-FI is located in the bedroom area. Our 450 mbps internet plan offers high speeds on devices when the ethernet connection or the 5 GHz WI-FI frequency is used.
 
The exclusive kitchen area (not shared) contains a refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, a microwave oven, electric kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, and essential cookware. Guests have exclusive use of the fully-automatic washing machine which is located on the covered deck area of the apartment. Free street parking directly in front of the private gated entrance is usually available.
 
Guest access
Our guests have sole private access to the entire apartment including all amenities provided therein. Guests also have access to their own private entrance and free street parking just outside the entrance.

(a) Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged additionally at a rate of US$0.43 per unit or KWh. The apartment's electricity meter reading will be recorded at the time of your check-in and at check-out. The difference between these readings will be your electricity consumption during your stay. A deposit of US$50 must be paid at check-in. Any difference in the electricity cost at the end of your stay will be reconciled at check-out.
 
(b) Use of the washing machine is exclusively for doing your own personal laundry once (or twice) per week. Doing laundry several times per day or more than once/twice per week is considered excessive and unacceptable.

Property is located in a safe middle class neighborhood a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown of Kingstown. Leonard's place has everything you need to have a good stay including a coffee maker, utensils hot water, and a washer. Towels & soap are provided as well. It is an independent apartment with separate entrance in an apartment complex. It is well secured with a fence around it. Leonard is quick to respond to inquiries or requests, even though he does not live on the premises. I arrived on Christmas Day. Everything including gas stations and restaurants was closed that day. Leonard left some fruits for me to consume. He also allowed me the late check-out as my flight was really late. I definitely recommend Leonard's apartment.

Wonderful host!


Leonard is a great host, very reliable, easy going and always available when needed. Upon entering the apartment there were fresh fruits, coffee, tea and milk available for us which was truly appreciated after a long day of traveling. Leonard’s place is convincingly located in an area where one can walk, ride a bicycle or take the local transportation to the shopping area located in Kingstown. My mom and I stayed one month and we felt very safe. The area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. For a relaxing evening one can take a stroll in the Botanical Gardens practically located next door if one is interested in learning about the country’s tropical plants and flowers. I will definitely stay at Leonard’s place again.Thank you Leonard for being a wonderful host.
