The beautiful amazing luxurious  beach home is a spacious 5 bedroom 4.5 baths Southern Belle vacation estate The Southern belle is one of the most desired rental homes on Fripp island for Families. We are a Sunday - Sunday Rental from June through Aug 15 all others times min stay is 3 days or longer, Small deposit holds this spacious. large gorgeous, low country, SOUTHERN BELLE homes that sleeps 13 with 2 Master Suites and 4.5 baths. Its been designed by leading home designers in Beaufort County and makes a great vacation home for two families or three or one very large one. Our home is set in beautiful wooded tropical private setting  with plenty of parking and for peace and quiet yet only 3 minutes to the ocean, pools and 50 yards from jogging trails and bike paths. If you have ever seen The Hummer Golf Carts riding on the roads on Fripp island those are our private carts for you to enjoy.
 
As you approach 3200 square foot home your breath will be taken away with its massive front Charleston 50 foot porch and columns with southern rockers to relax and read a great book. While entering, our home you will be welcomed by a huge 20 by 36 great room with great entertainment including Large  HD TV and surround sound system with I pod hook up With Wi Fi. Also listen to XM SATELITTE RADIO or( bring your favorite CD'S and DVD'S). Our living room tv  also as the new Netflex movies that stream to the HD 1080i Tv choose hundreds of titles to watch The home as rich mahogany oak floors, tray ceilings, fireplace, fans and custom old world moldings, and a five-star gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Walk through the kitchen,which is stocked with all upscale new utensils,dishes etc  Enjoy the back of the house with a 10 by 16 sunscreen porch with skylights looking over tropical paradise and another huge outside deck for barbecuing with a brand new Weber gas grill for some outside home cooking and family fun.
 
There are three bedrooms on the main level of this house including one of two master bedrooms 16 by 16 with its own private bathroom suite, walk in closet custom marble 7 Foot huge shower with two moen heads,. Soak away in a super  jacuzzi, double vanity, king-size bed canopy bed and a home theater surround system. The other two bedrooms are 12 by 12 with a queen-size bed, and a 12 by 14 with two twin beds and plenty closet space. Both of these bathrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and have their own private entrance. You will find a separate bath powder room and a full laundry room on this first floor. All beds are serta perfect sleepers for your sleep comfort!!! We  Sleep 13 very comfortable. 
 
All Furniture is top of the line! 
Walk up the  custom stairs to the second level, their you will enter the second master bedroom which is 13 by 20 set with a queen-size sleigh bed and sofa sleeper, walk-in closet, and private bath with double vanities. The other side of the second level, you will have another bedroom 12 by 19 with two twin-size beds, one queen, and a private bath for adults and kids. All bedrooms will have  Direct TV , DVD,  and ceiling fans for your comfort. For those workaholics who just can't get-away (I do understand), I have set up a separate High speed computer area room.   Area has HP computer or bring you own laptop, i pad also, house  is wireless. It is also is a great place for quiet reading.
 
There is plenty of parking for five cars or four cars under the 2000 foot garage. You will  also have parking in the rear. of home also find a ping-pong table, for family tournaments and a great time, beach chairs, four adult (2 mens, 2 ladies) bikes, children's bikes, Italian 4 passenger bike and a large outside custom shower for two or more. MY HUMMER GOLF CART IS discounted for your use. ALSO AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE is OUR 6 PASSENGER CLUB CAR( The people mover) ( 225.00 )You will find plenty of games, DVD movies for a rainy day! Perfect family trip to Fripp


First time visitors to Fripp Island and we were not disappointed. Island was beautiful. House was perfect for our family set up. House was in great location right next to a playground so my 3 year old loved it. Appreciated the golf carts as they are almost a necessity on the island. Owner was very easy to get in contact with any questions or concerns. Thank you for a great trip!

Picking up our girl from MCRD Parris Island


Coming from California it was our first time to the east coast. We arrived late Tuesday night, we told the owner that we were coming in late, He made sure the lights were turned on for us. It was a great start to our adventure in South Carolina. The house was beautiful. There were 8 of us until we picked up our daughter. Everyone had a bed, More than enough space for all of us. My cousin made the comment that it was so quiet, however there were many sounds of nature around us. it was so calming. We enjoyed our morning and evening visits from the many deer on Fripp Island. Our family enjoyed exploring Fripp on the golf carts. Our last night we ordered take out from Bella Luna (Recommended by the ownner) it was a great meal for a final night. If there was anything that I could change would be to have access to some beach towels. Even though it was in the contract to bring our own we forgot them.The owner Michael De Luca was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions before we left California. He contacted me while we were on his property to make sure everything was in working order and even contacted me after we had gotten home and asked if we made it home okay. If we ever need a place to stay on Fripp Island we would definitely come back to the Southern Belle. Thank you Michael for your southern hospitality, The Corbo Family

Amazing Family vacation at Fripp!!


When searching for a beach house for our large immediate family and grandchildren, \"Southern Belle \" caught my eye! It has the perfect layout for family with children! It\'s a Charming, stately, Southern style home with a large rocking chair front porch, and was perfect for rocking our newest grand daughters! The deer are amazing, and love to come visit on a daily basis! Golf carts are nice ( and you will love having them to go to the beach and pools!) The beach at Fripp is so peaceful, and not crowded!! You can also put up tents ( as long as you take them down each day). This was a plus for our family!! Michael the owner was so nice, and always returned a call and answered emails about planning our stay at his gorgeous home!! We even got to meet him, as he had to come check on a new home he is building! Such a wonderful man! You won\'t regret renting and staying at the Southern Belle!! Thank you Michael and family for sharing your gorgeous home with our family!! We look forward to the next time!!

The southern belle was a great home for a large family. We loved the house and the island!
