In-Town,  No need for a car. Our home encompasses the best of the Vineyard, offering all you would need for a perfect vacation.  Located in-town, it is an easy walk to the restaurants, shops, galleries and the waterfront. 
 
You will love the open floor plan, expansive windows, the comfortable and new decor, living conveniences and its close proximity to town and beaches.
 
The 1st floor includes a large open family room with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace, a granite kitchen complete with everything, dining room which seats 8, Den with TV, a powder room and laundry. Also included on the first floor is a Master bedroom suite with a full bath, making it ideal for grandparents or extra guests.
 
The 2nd floor includes another master suite with full bath, 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath. 
 
Set back off the road, this is a wonderful private space with a professionally landscaped yard, ideal for a game of Wiffle ball, Frisbee, badminton or just relaxing. 
 
The location can’t be beat.  Located on a quiet street, it is an easy walk to the village, grocery store, restaurants, Dairy Queen or a bike ride to the beach or Morning Glory Farm for some fresh homemade baked goods or fresh homegrown veggies. 
 
Wireless Internet, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, 2 bikes, cooler and outdoor games are only some of the amenities which are included.  There is even a ping pong table in the basement for those rainy days.
 
You will not be disappointed with your stay in our home.

The Vineyard has always been a special place for our family, offering so many diverse and wonderful activities. Before purchasing we rented in Katama and realized you are going to drive to the beach anyway so why not be in town so you can walk to everything including a beach. As soon as you get on the ferry all your worries are gone and you are ready for a PVD (perfect Vineyard day). So many great memories have been created here. Great home for large family near Edgartown center


Home was great! Clean, open kitchen/family room with a deck that could sit a very large family. 4 good sized bedrooms. Bathrooms were beautiful. Easy to walk to Edgartown center. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

This beautiful 4 bedroom home is exactly as described and represented by the photographs. We were a party of three couples, two couples enjoyed the very spacious master suites. The third had the queen bedroom with bath directly across the hall. This home was more than we needed, but I\'m so glad we rented it. The home is on a very quiet street and is an easy 10-15 minute walk to every restaurant in Edgartown. Sheila the owner was so helpful, she gave me great restaurant recommendations, each one was a hit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to MV.

Gorgeous house and fantastic location


We spent a long weekend in Edgartown with my daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old. The house was perfect. Plenty of room with lovely decoration. Master on the first and second floor, which is great for two couples. It had everything and was an easy walk to Edgartown village shops and restaurants - a big plus with a stroller. We hope to come back for a longer stay and include my son and his girlfriend next time. Cannot have been a more positive experience!

Great Contemporary Rental


This was a great escape for a girls weekend. The house was beautiful and located walking distance to downtown Edgartown. We enjoyed the house with the amazing decor and a great open concept. It was comfortable to hang out in the house during some stormy weather. The bedrooms were also decorated with lovely furnishings and bathrooms were all unique with upgraded features. If you like to hang out In a chefs kitchen around the island. This place is ideal. The exterior of the house was well kept and had a nice deck. Enough room also if anyone wanted to take some time on their own. The owners were excellent to work with during the process and accessible if needed. I would come back to rent this home again.
