This awesome property is right at the Riverfront! The villa was completely remodeled 2015 with a modern European-style charm. The fantastic location with stunning water views can every day be an unforgettable experience. We guarantee a top villa that meets all quality requirements of our homes!
 
The Pool is operated without chlorine with a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. A great advantage for people with a chlorine allergy - the water does not feel too salty - rather, it is soft and very pleasant - the pool can be also be heated with solar energy.
 
From the covered Lanai you enjoy a wonderful view over the wide, sparkling water of the river. Enjoy your dinner watching the water, relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the sun deck or sunbath on the large concrete slabs directly at the River. Huge gas BBQ for your perfect US steak - enjoy! Or maybe you're lucky and catch a fresh fish in the River?
 
Fully equipped kitchen with view over the pool area and the River. Directly in front of the kitchen, in the center of the house, you find a great pool table for fun and competition. Free WLAN-Internet, Apple TV, Netflix (access through your own account) and SONOS system.
 
Nespresso coffee machine is available - don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!
 
3 bedrooms, two with kingsize and one with queensize bed. Two of which have direct access to the pool area. The villa offers 3 bathrooms with shower / WC.
 
Boat rent optional possible and very recommended. Villa The Wave lies directly at the river and you can reach the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva within a hint! Go shellying on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.
 
The dock with boat lift is available for our own rental boats only.
English and german speaking property management at your site.

Up to 20 days before the rental term begins: 50% of the total rental cost
19 to 2 days before the rental term begins: 80% of the total rental cost
1 day before the rental term begins and on the date of arrival: 100% of the total rental cost.

Christmas: 20% surchage (1 days ahead to 14 days later)
Easter: 20% surchage (3 days ahead to 7 days later)
High Season: 20% surchage (from mid December until 1 week after Easter).

Beautiful...


A beautiful villa, everything was available, nothing was missing. Especially great the view of the river, not comparable to the usual view of a canal in Cape Coral. Perfect reception by the administration, a housekeeping which was one and was not limited to recording the electricity meter\'s status. One drop of sorrow: the kitchen is indeed a bit impractical, but that more than makes up for this villa in other ways. We can recommend the villa \"The Wave\" unreservedly.

Great Family Vacation


Super nice villa in a great, quiet location. We were received very nicely, instructed, and lacked nothing during the 10 days. Four of us (2 adults 2 kids) had more than enough space. The villa is very modern and clean. Billiards and pool was used very often by our kids. Thank you to the whole team!

A house in the absolute best location that you can get in Cape Coral. The equipment of the house is really of the very best. A warm welcome by the owners. You feel immediately welcome in the distance and \"at home\". Short and easy communication with the local administration, if something should not work. BUT: It just fits everything !!!
