Villa Boaters Pearl welcomes you in Cape Coral! This cute house at best location for boaters offers comfortable space for up to 4 guests. You can reach Cape Coral Beach, the Fishing Pear or the Beach House Tiki Bar and Grill walking.
 
The house offers 2 cute bedrooms with double bed, flatscreen TV and an own bathroom. The spacious livingroom offers wonderful views over the pool area and the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything for a joyful vacation. Even from here you can enjoy the view over the pool and onto the canal, it's enchanting!
 
Sunshine State Florida lures you with 360 sunny days a year. Live takes place outdoors and Villa Boaters Pearl is perfectly equipped for a relaxed live around the pool. The spacious Lanai with covered eating area is west facing. Enjoy breathtaking moments eating or relaxing in the jacuzzi meanwhile the sun plunges into the horizon and covers the neighborhood into a 1000 different colors. The separate jacuzzi and the pool are electrically heatable. Comfortable sun loungers can be put so that you can enjoy the sun practically the whole day. Outdoor bar with BBQ to prepare a cool drink and have a break sunbathing.
 
3 flatscreen TV's (livingroom, each bedroom) and free highspeed WLAN available.
 
We recommend to rent a boat for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat. Reach secluded beaches, thousands of shells, take sun in the paradise and have a snack in one of the typical restaurants that you can only reach by boat.
 
English and German speaking Property Management at site.
This is a non smoking house, please smoke only outdoors.
Out of considerations for guests with allergies, we cannot accept pets here, thanks for your understanding.

Very Nice


We had a very nice vacation on Cape Coral. Flamingo Villa is very modern and nicely decorated, we felt at home. The view of the lake is fantastic and idyllic. We can imagine very well to book another house at Intervillas! The holidays were very nice!

The villa corresponds exactly to the descriptions and pictures. Actually, it is even more beautiful in reality! The handling at Intervillas was uncomplicated and professional. The local administration was impeccable. Despite a few rainy days, we enjoyed our stay from beginning to end to the fullest. We\'ll come back, no question!

Beautiful location


Beautiful location and a 1+ for the cleanliness and facilities. There was absolutely nothing missing. We felt right on arrival as we were welcomed with sparkling wine, soft music and attractive lighting. The support from the property management was also very good, the boat instruction by Clyde also. Klitzekleiner criticism is only the terribly complicated TV / music system with which we did not cope at all. Here maybe a little explanation would be useful ;-). We only have to say, we have already booked for the next year and would like to thank you for the good handling by Intervillas.

Beautiful property


For the third time in Cape Coral I enjoyed my stay in a villa of Intervillas. As was the case last time, the object, the service, the delivery and everything else was practically perfect this time as well. When I arrived on Saturday night after dark, the TV was on and there was light in the house, so you do not have to grope for the switches in the dark: Thank you! And everything else was right.
