The house is built on three levels.
On the ground floor (138m2) is the hallway, the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen, a WC and 2 double bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, verandas, yard.
 
On the first floor (60 m2) is the master bedroom and another double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and verandas. The lower level has a separate entrance from the garden, although it communicates with the rest of the house. Viewing the garden there is a guestroom with en- suite bathroom, communicating with an extra room/ bedroom, a play room and a WC (91m2). In the same level there is a garage for two cars, storage rooms, boiler room, laundry etc (109m2),
 
It is fully furnished and equipped, ready to accommodate 10 to 12 people.
Surrounded by gardens and terraces provide pleasant spots for any hour of the day. In a corner there is a built barbecue. There is ample parking space, apart from the garage.
The house has central heating, boiler for hot water, water tank.
