Kitchen is newly remodelled and has a huge commercial side by side fridge and all new "look". New cabinets and granite countertops - beautiful and updated. Spacious, bright and inviting, you will love preparing meals for your family in this modern kitchen area located on the main floor just a few short feet from the deck for occasional glimpses of the river while you're prepping. Plenty of room to store your groceries and lots of cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery to supply you while you're here.
Huge granite dining table for lots of seating with a view across the deck of the river. Gather around for family meals or story telling time. Adjacent to kitchen so serving and clean up are a breeze. A river breeze...........if you will!
Country living – down by the riverside. You will love it. Queen bedroom on the main level with electric fireplace and flatscreen tv. Relax in privacy and enjoy your own space while on vacation. This bedroom will be remodelled next year, we just didn't have time this year with all the other rooms we finished.
The covered deck offers even more seating outside for early morning coffee or lunch outdoors overlooking the rushing river. Brand new gas grill for the grillmeister in the family – you will love the meals prepared riverside. Plenty of comfy furniture to just sit and relax whether the sun is rising high overhead or setting for the day-your deck will be a special place while you’re here. We have even provided a tv on the deck for your entertainment pleasure. Enjoy! What a view! And oh the sounds this river makes – it will delight you morning, noon and night. River music. Enjoy!
Upstairs is a great game room – Sleeper Sofa for extra sleeping. No reason to ever be bored on the river. Inside and out there’s so much to do. Pool, air hockey, two person arcade game, flat screen tv – competition, fun and entertainment. It’s all here waiting for you to enjoy. Come on! Book now!
The lower level King bedroom suite also has a twin bunk bed for the little people, as well as a sleeper sofa. And your own door out to the deck with plenty of room for enjoying the view of the river. Your very own spot on the river in The Smoky Mountains. Wow! Best vacation ever.
The other Lower level King bedroom also has a door to the deck where the big, beautiful hot tub is located. Sleeper sofa allows for the whole family or all the kids in one room. This comfy room has a full hall bathroom.
Lower level covered deck is where you will find the hot tub. Relax in your own tub full of splashing water while overlooking the tumultuous, rushing river below you. A hot tub with a view. What a way to get rid of all the cares and worries – River music.
And now let’s stroll on down by the riverside. A beautiful wooden swing to sit and watch with wonder and enjoy the sights and sounds of a river rushing past you. Day and night! Your private fire pit to gather with friends and family and tell tall tales, make s'mores, or just enjoy being together and making memories.
