Our fabulous executive villa backs directly on to a natural, spring fed 14 acre lake. One of the finest FIVE bedroom FOUR bathroom properties available in the Kissimmee area, 'Winter Haven', offers 2 master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a large games room with pool table and a very private pool, deck and covered sitting area overlooking the lake.

Situated at Lake Berkley Resort, this much sought after, tranquil, gated community, has a 24 hour security guard, communal pool with kiddies splash area and a wonderful lakeside walk, giving you the opportunity to see some local wildlife in their natural habitat. It is located just a few minutes’ drive from Highway 192 with its wealth of shops and places to eat, and is with-in easy reach of the famous attractions which make this area everyone's top holiday choice!.
 
Our aim is to ensure ‘Winter Haven’ provides our guests with a home from home with that extra touch of luxury. We have endeavored to provide 5* accommodation within the 5* resort that is Lake Berkley.
 
To ensure our very high standards are maintained, we stay in our home personally, 3 or 4 times a year. Our home also benefits from a local property management team who pride themselves on a job done well - and quickly!

We are based in the UK, however, we have been regular visitors to Florida and the Kissimmee area for over 25 years. When we stumbled upon Lake Berkley we knew we had found the dream location to buy our home is the sun!We 'dipped our feet' with our 4 bedroom home then 2 years later, 'bit the bullet' and bought our 5 bedroom home!

Pool Heating is an optional extra (recommended October – May) and is charged at
£17 per day (US$27+tax)

• The above rates include 13% Florida tax
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• A 20% deposit normally secures a booking, however….
• Payment in full at time of booking is required, if arrival date is within the forthcoming 10 weeks.
• Security deposit of £250 / $400 is required with final balance payment
• Final balance is due 10 WEEKS prior to arrival in the villa
• NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home
• SORRY - WE CANNOT ALLOW PETS.
