Besides all these, the most important feature is the nearness to the sea, this gorgeous villa being located at less than 1 minute walking from the sandy Las Chapas Playa.

As you enter the property you'll be surrounded by a multitude of well maintained Mediterranean plants and lovely colorful flowers that will shape your way up to the main entrance. A beautiful large open-plan sitting and dining area welcomes you inside the villa. Comfortable sofa and armchairs are carefully arranged around a large coffee table, facing the wood fireplace and flat TV, creating a perfect place for a late night gathering.
 
The dining area is subtly detached from the living room, resulting an intimate dining space with two wall-sized sliding glass doors that you can open linking the dining area to the outside terrace. The large dining table can comfortably accommodate 6. The kitchen is located next the main entrance and is easily accessible from living and dining room. Although not very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc) providing you all the comfort of your home.
