Built in 1998, the Commerce Exchange boasts a beautiful contruction with all the modern amenities as well as a prime location on the corner of Main Street and Fifth Avenue in the heart of downtown Frisco.  All of the units there feature an open Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room floor plan, in-floor radiant heat, a master bath with separate jetted tub and stand up shower and private garage space.
 
Unit 203 is a 1343 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property.  It is 2nd floor (top) and an end unit with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and an additional Queen bed in the second bedroom.  There is one good quality Queen air mattress and another Queen sized foam pad that can be used in the living area. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, WIFI, gas fireplace, and a gas grill on the deck that overlooks Main St.  Park the car in the garage and leave it there - the shuttle to Copper Mtn and Breckenridge runs right past the unit and all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street are right outside your door.

Fantastic condo close to everything!


Alrighty folks, this place is smack dab in the middle of Frisco so if you want to troll throughout the streets of a charming Colorado mountain town this is your chance. Just stumbling out the door will put you within a 5 minute walk of any bar/restaurant in the town. The place itself is decorated nicely and has every plate/bowl/etc that you might need to cook your own meals as well as a halfway decent pantry so you\'re not forced to buy a bunch of staples for your trip. There is ample room in the living room for family or friends-family activities. Both of the bedrooms are super cozy and inviting and somehow they managed to trap a wild campfire and enclose it in a glass cage in the master bedroom. The blowup mattress included is super nice a we used it with no issues as there is plenty of room in the living room for it. The only bad thing I\'ve got to say about this wonderful property is that the included foam mattress is just a piece of foam 1\" thick and not adequate to sleep on. I highly suggest that if you need more than 3 sleeping surfaces you should bring another air mattress. No biggie! This is a great place in a great location, perfect for groups of 6-8. It\'s easy check-in and check-out and there is ample street parking around. Give this place a shot if you\'re going to ski in any of the surrounding resorts!

On Main. Walking to everything we wanted from shopping to meals. Without the crowds. First day of arrival there was a moose walking down main.
