This property is furnished and includes one(1) flat screen TV, 1 DVD Player with DVDs, ability to access ROKU, Netflix, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with pots/pans, dishes, limited dish soap and paper towels, traditional clothes washer (non HE)/dryer- please supply own detergent. Microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, utensils, vacuum, broom with pan. Hair dryer.
The house is on a septic system. No trash, feminine products, wipes/flushable wipes, grease/bacon grease, coffee grounds, etc. may be flushed down the toilets or drains.
Linens (Sheets and Pillow Cases) and towels are NOT provided.
