Such a nice condo! Very spacious for our family of 7! The kitchen is well equipped with very nice appliances and the furnishings (bedding, LR, dining, etc.) are very nice too. Very clean. The beach is very large and there is plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely return back to this condo and myrtle beach!
I raced up ahead of everyone with anxiety of what I would find and when I opened the doors I was amazed. What a FABULOUS place. My friends and the visitors that came to see us call it \"The Palace\" . The condo is very clean and well appointed. I always bring extra kitchen towels and utensils but they were not needed here. The soaps in the bathrooms was a nice surprise as well. We loved the Plantation too. I just can\'t say enough about this property and condo to do it justice...
This is a wonderful vacation destination property! We\'ve stayed in this property 3 times in 8 years and it\'s stunning! Even having stayed in this particular unit spanning 8 years, this place is always stunning, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and everything is perfect! The unit is located in the prestigious Kingston Plantation. The drive in is gorgeous with the lakes, the walkways, flowers, bridges... it reminds me of a visit to Maui! The location in North Myrtle is perfect. Just off the major crossroads, 15 minutes to Broadway on the Beach one way and 10 minutes to Barefoot Landing the other way makes it perfect for fine dining and evening fun. I can\'t recommend this property enough. The owner is very responsive, has every detail in order and provides a wonderful vacation experience. We\'ve been asked why we would go back to the same place 3 times in 8 years. Easy, when you find perfect... you keep going back!! Don\'t risk your vacation time and money taking chances. My family and I spent a week in this beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. You truly felt like you were in a luxury penthouse apartment. If you had too much sun, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. It is perfectly situated in the idea location. You are 15 minutes from Broadway On The Beach and 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing. The beach is very large with plenty of room to accommodate all the guests. There is the Apache Pier within walking distance that plays live music in the evening and also has a restaurant and ice cream shop. I would return here without hesitation. I would also like to thank Rodney and Felicia for sharing their beautiful home with others. I personally would have a hard time sharing such a beautiful place with strangers.
First time I have had my Son and his family and Daughter and family together at the beach at one time. Condo or Home was as good as it gets. Everything on the website was stated as it was. It rained the first three days but we had plenty of room. It was the first time two of my three grand-daughters have seen the ocean. The view of the fireworks on the beach from the balcony was outstanding. My son and I played golf Monday between the rain storms. Rippleys Aquarium was wonderful and all the shops and rides at Broadway were great. So many places to visit and eat. We want to come back next year to the same condo. Thanks so much Rodney.
We were first time condo renters and first timers at Myrtle Beach. We hit the jackpot with this condo!! It was an amazing size and gave us all plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The complex was wonderful...We had a great time swimming whether it was in the ocean or in the swimming pools. The condo even had items we could take out on the beach so we didn\'t have to buy them!! Nice surprise! This condo is near everything including an outlet mall and many other attractions are 10 minutes by car. It was just an amazing experience and we will be back! Thanks Rod!
Our stay at the Margate 1907 was truly fantastic. My husband, 4 children, mom, dad and I rented this condo in April of 2011. This condo is just beautiful; the views breathtaking! We were extremely impressed with how clean and comfortable this unit is. You truly feel surrounded by luxury. Rodney is great to work with and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We visited Myrtle Beach over Spring Break week. To our surprise the beaches are so big and beautiful - they never felt crowded. The condo itself was very peaceful and quiet. Honestly the best vacation we ever had. We hope to visit again very soon!
I have finally found the perfect location to stay in North Myrtle Beach. I have vacationed in North Myrtle Beach for years, and now after staying at the Kingston Plantation the Margate Tower; I will never stay anywhere else. The condominium was clean, sanitary, and very luxurious. The location is perfect for families, or just for a quiet get-away. The Margate Tower’s staff are very friendly, and helpful to any of your needs. If you ever get the opportunity to stay at the Margate Tower, you will never forget the five star atmosphere, along with the at home feeling of comfort. I can’t wait to vacation here again, and defiantly recommend you give it a try; you won’t have any regrets.
