Villa Thoga is located in the heart of Tamarind but in a very quiet area. A short distance to the beach (250 meters) and all amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, banks etc.Enjoy your Tamarindo vacation with family and/or friends, prepare your own meal in a fully equipped kitchen or BBQ. The house comes with two bedrooms each with air conditioning, king size bed, and en-suite bathroom. In the living area, you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two additional people, maximum occupancy 6 people. It's a two-story home and the bedrooms are upstairs. The house is fenced by a wall and very safe.
 
The spacious terraces provide lounge chairs, sitting area close to the private pool and a dining area with BBQ. The terraces are partly covered, there is sun but also enough shade.
 
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prepare your own meal. You will find pots and pans, enough crockery and cutlery. Kitchen amenities are a stove, an oven, a large fridge with freezer and ice machine, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker. Basic spices such as pepper, salt, and oil are provided.
 
The living area comes with a flat-screen TV (cable TV), PS3 and home theater. A large sofa can quickly be converted into a sleeping place for 2 people. In addition to the living area, there is a restroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Washing detergent is provided.
 
A high-speed internet (8 MB WiFi) is available inside and outside, not shared. You will also find a working place with desk and chair for all those who have to work on their vacation.

If you need a late check out please ask us and if there are no other customers checking in we can allow the late checkout, however, there is a late check out fee of $45 to pay for the cleaning ladies extra hours and transportation.

We would like to ask our guests to conserve electricity. Electric costs are quite high in Costa Rica, so if you are leaving for the day, please turn off the AC and the lights. The house will cool down quickly, keep doors and windows closed when you return and you don't waste electricity.

Please keep all noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 pm

The use or possessions of any illegal drugs are not permitted on the property.

If you would like to have outside guests visit the property please send us an email with their name and id number ahead of time. Absolutely NO prostitutes are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to not allow certain visitors access to the property.

Feel free to use the outside showers to remove any extra sand before entering your room and/or the pool.

Please DO NOT take room towels to the beach, we have beach towels available. $30 Fee for Beach Towels Not Returned.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

From Liberia International Airport it's a 60 minute drive by car. Airpot shuttle can be arranged. From the Juan Santa Maria International Airport San Jose it's a 4 to 5 hours ride by car. Airport shuttle can be arranged or you come to Tamarindo with an Interbus.

The best time to visit Tamarindo is from November to April. Normally we don't have rain and There is a light breeze, from the end of December to the middle of March we have stronger winds and a dry heat. The rainy season starts in the mid of May and ends up in mid of November.It comes with sun every day and sometimes a thunderstorm in the late afternoon or evening. the average annual temperature is 27 ° C (80,6°F)
