Built to take advantage of the natural beauty, breezes and sunsets of Providenciales, Villa Tropidero was custom-crafted by the owners. Complete with vaulted ceilings, custom tiling and fantastic ocean views, you will love the peace and tranquility that this home exudes.'Beautiful By Nature!'.
 
Each bedroom comes equipped with a separate entry for privacy, a private balcony and enjoy perfect placement to take advantage of the famous local trade winds. Additionally, both Junior suites feature new beds and bedding. In the entertainment center, there is a DVD library available for your use, as well as a 55” TV that is newly installed with surround sound provided in the great room. All rooms have A/C, a TV/DVD system, and Direct TV and wireless Internet are included. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a brand-new dishwasher. Every room at Villa Tropidero has great sun, vibrant colors and charming Caribbean artwork.
 
After enjoying the interior of Villa Tropidero, make your way outside, past the doublechammocks hanging for in the cool breezeway with fans and colorful artwork .You will find your own private pool and barbeque, as well as newly sculpted lush, tropical landscaping. Beyond the pool, work your way down to your own private palapa (which has a new top) on the beach! Villa Tropidero has all the privacy you need plus your own beach complete with palapa, kayaks and lounge chairs – Too good to be true – but it is!.
 
The private beach is also a perfect starting point for a day in the ocean. Swim, snorkel, bonefish, kayak, wakeboard, windsurf – you get the picture. This beach has access to it all just steps from you private home on Provo.

Additional Rate details

Christmas and New Year Weeks – 100 percent due when booked, non-refundable. Non cancellation. No lock off options available for these two weeks.
Rates can change at any time without notification.
Extra people over 6 guests will be asked to relocate to other accommodations..
Minimum age of children 8.
The villa booking rates are in U.S. Dollars. An 12% government accommodation tax must be added to all rates. There is a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 due on each booking.
Administration fee for changes to reservations, either cancellation or change of stay $500.00
 
You may rebook during Covid Epedimic for another suitable time, but no refunds will be given. We will not book the Holiday dates as suitable times.

This was our 3rd time staying at Villa Tropidero!


This was our 3rd time staying at Villa Tropidero. This area is just far from the "hustle and bustle" but still near it when you need it. Our family enjoys the private and calm beach at anytime of the day or night. This time we enjoyed a private chef come to the villa and delight us with a magnificent meal at a reasonable price. TCI is truly a unique island and the people that you interact with will surprise you with their genuine and gracious personalities.

The house was everything we expected it to be! The pool was great and having access to the private beach was wonderful. Our family of 6 had a very relaxing trip and the location had a lot to do with it.

Best Location Beachfron Villa


We spent a week at Villa Tropidero and loved every relaxing minute. The house was well stocked and comfortable with great views from the bedrooms. We also loved the quiet neigborhood and private calm beach. You could literally walk out to the islands nearly a half mile offshore and only be in waist deep water. On calm days you could see the bonefish swimming along the beach. It was also only 10-15 minutes to Grace Bay to go to dinner or to swim oceanside. Our family love it and would visit again.

2nd Visit to Villa Tropidero


Overall,our 2nd visit to your home and TCI was as good if not better thank our first. For me, the people interactions that we had that made it more specila. My son got to practice on the track and we got to explore more of the little cays around your home. Enough we're planning on doing it agin nest year with more friends and family.

Our stay at Villa Tropidero was spectacular. It was the most relaxing vacation imaginable. We were in paradise with the white sandy beach and the beautiful clear blue water. Its hard to put into words the beauty of it all. The house was perfect. An ocean view from each bedroom. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with every thing we needed. Lorenzo their property manager was so friendly and accommodating. He was there to answer any questions and help with whatever we needed. If you are looking for an incredible place to stay, dont miss out on this gem.!!!

Villa Tropidero is the perfect vacation property


Villa Tropidero is the perfect vacation property when its time to re-group, decompress and truly get away from it all, while you reset your pace and get back to the natural rhythms of life! We took to calling the water in the bay "electric blue raspberry lemonade".The completely sandy bottom bay, the shallow water, enabling you to walk or kayak out to the uninhabited islands within view. Literally, a stunning feast for the eyes. The home is perfectly appointed...multiple kayaks, plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear and plenty of space for everyone to congregate or have ones own space. Each bedroom had its own balcony with those beautiful ocean views. The breezeway with the hammocks was great for an afternoon nap or a reprieve during the occasional rainstorm...so relaxing! The private pool's beauty was enhanced by delightfully placed decor! It was lovely! Beautiful flora surrounds the walkway down to the beach....mango, fig pomegranate and papaya trees along with coconuts, with which we made some great cocktails!! And that beach...soft white sand, palapas, plenty of chairs. And only a few beach walkers passed by. It's not often you find a place with that much beauty and so few people. We loved it! Of course there is plenty to do a short drive away...Smiths Reef (snorkeling), Grace Bay for shopping or restaurants & Bob's Bar just right down the road! Literally, all of my guests sent me thank you notes for inviting them. You will be so glad you hit "rent this property"
