'Simply Irresistible' is a professionally decorated 3,000 square foot luxury home in the north end of Surfside Beach, the quiet 'family beach' alternative to Myrtle Beach. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 block to a direct beach access. The second level porch offers an enchanting view of the ocean and its surroundings.
 
This home offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an open floor plan designed for comfort and relaxation. We keep our home meticulously clean and it is professionally cleaned prior to each guests arrival. There are 7 TVs, 2 VCR Players and 3 DVD players. We also have free wireless internet throughout the house.
 
A generously sized great room on the main level features a separate TV/sitting area, game area, dining area and breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay. The second floor features a quiet sitting room with a TV, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry area. In addition, this designer-decorated home features 3 covered porches and a 12 x 25 foot heated salt-chlorinated pool. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs, chairs and small tables. The back porch overlooks the pool and is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening meal. The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs, making it an excellent place for relaxing after a day on the beach.
 
This home sleeps up to 14 and has comfortable seating for all 14 during meals.
 
Bedroom Summary:
Main Level bedroom has two queen beds (new in 2013) and a full size bathroom. The main level also has a half-bath just off the spacious kitchen.
 
Upper Level (4 bedrooms):
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed (new in 2013), cable TV,DVD player, shower and luxurious Jacuzzi tub, double vanity sinks and opens onto a private covered front porch.
Bedroom 2 has two queen-sized beds (new in 2013), cable TV and a full bath.
Bedroom’s 3 and 4 have queen-sized beds (new in 2013); cable TV’s and share a full size bath.
A laundry area on the upper level has a full-size washer (new in 2013) and dryer.
Newly painted interior; our carpets and furniture are professionally cleaned each season.

Surfside Beach is a small seaside community nestled in the heart of South Carolina's Grand Strand, yet just minutes from the excitement of Myrtle Beach.Proudly called the 'family beach', Surfside Beach strives to maintain a small-town, laid-back, child friendly environment for it's residents and guests. It is a quiet haven close to all area attractions.
 
The Town-owned fishing pier, water park,supermarkets, mini golf, restaurants, world famous golf courses and Marsh Walk in Murrell's Inlet are all located with in minutes of Simply Irresistible. Huntington State Park and Pawley's Island are located within 15 minutes and historic Charleston is 90 miles away. Myrtle Beach International Airport is 5.5 miles away.
 
We take great pride in our beach house and want families to enjoy their vacations here as much as we do. Your rent includes departure cleaning. Linens are not provided,but may be rented, as well as many other items you may need to fully enjoy your beach vacation. Just ask if you need any information with rentals of any kind (golf cart, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.).
 
Weekly rentals from March thru October start at 4pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10am. The contract signer must be 30 years of age or older and occupy the property during the rental period. No house parties allowed.

Awesome Home and great location!


Our group of three to four family units do a vacation together every year and have stayed in this great home several times and everyone loves it! The location is great, we can sit on the porch and see the ocean and it\'s a short walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and not overcrowded at all. The home is spacious, clean and well decorated with an awesome kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We all love the pool in the backyard! This is our home away from home in Surfside Beach!! The homeowners are so nice and really easy to work with. We\'ll be back!!!

Highly recommend Simply Irresistible


This was our third year in a row staying at Simply Irresistible in October. We would recommend this beach house to any age group or families. This year it was upgraded to better TVs and cable which was appreciated. Another nice aspect is when you arrive, you already have toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and soap in every bathroom. The pool is very nice and the house is spotless. Since it was not rented out the week before, Ken allowed us to go down two days earlier at a very reasonable price which seemed to make a difference since you actually miss out arriving late Saturday afternoon and leaving early Saturday morning. We have already booked it for next October and believe we are staying for two weeks. The only thing that I would recommend is maybe purchasing a crockpot. Again, we would highly recommend staying there and it is close enough to the beach where we surf fish every day.

Have stayed here several times and love the comfortable feeling here. Ken the owner is very accommodating and if you have an issue it is resolved very quickly.
