The condo complex only has 28 units so it is not crowded and is centrally located. In minutes, you can walk to the beach, Dairy Queen, Redbox, Food Lion and other various restaurants. If you want to venture out - a miniature golf course, a skate board park and a public park are less than a mile away. The public Oak Island Golf Club is 3 miles away. The fact that the complex is surrounded by palm trees is also a nice touch! Our goal is to keep the condo looking and feeling new, so No Pets or No Smoking is allowed.
