Enjoy your meal and reminiscing the days events in our spacious  Dinning area. Enjoy the sunset from our beautiful second floor bay window
 
If your to tired to venture back out after your meal there are plenty of activities at our guest house to keep you busy. Its just steps from your front door. Enjoy playing pool, playing video games , try out our state of the art exercise room, play tennis, splash around in our warm water crystal blue pool, Take a nature walk around the pond and exquisite fountains or my favorite a soak in the hot tub.
 
You'll sleep like a baby on our fresh clean linens and comfortable mattress. The master bedroom has a king size bed just in case one of the little ones want to sneak in bed with mom and dad to snuggle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom which I call the kids room has two twin size beds. The sofa also pulls out into a queens size bed to allow for a variety of sleeping arrangements. Maximum occupancy is 8.
 
Don't worry about the kids getting dirty or running out of clothes we have a full size washer and dryer right in your unit. So visit your home away from home, Royal Palm Bay condo's and starting making memories that will last a lifetime

We have created many magical moments here and love to return every year. My husband recently passed away and he loved to travel here with the family every year creating memories that will last a life time. he loved to take pictures ans we have albums full of pictures of the great times we had together. The owner was in constant communication. The washer had gone out before we arrived. He coordinated with us to have a new one installed so it didn\'t interfere with our schedule. We will be back! It was perfect for a visit with our daughter who works in town. Thank you!

very lovely place, new furniture too!


The pictures on this site don\'t do it justice. I was very shocked when I opened the door to the condo. It was amazing! It has all new couches a newer flat screen TV in the living room and lovely decor. Our only problem was that the internet didn\'t work and some of the cable channels were frozen. Chris the care taker offered to have these fixed immediately but I choose to not worry since we were at Disney every day and we really didn\'t need it. The Master bedroom bed was very comfy and the master bath has an awesome giant shower! It was very nice also for my parents since my mom has difficulties climbing in a tub to shower. The spare bedroom bed could use improvements (which we knew ahead of time from other reviews) so my parents chose to sleep in the 3rd room with the twin beds. My parents are in their 70s and they loved the twin bed setup and said the beds were very comfy as well. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again. It definitely surpassed my expectations!

Nice For The Price


The condo was clean and very roomy. The furnishings were a little dated but who cares? Had plenty of towels, dishes, etc. but if you have more than a couple people and driving in maybe bring a few towels with you. The property itself was clean with what seemed to be a mix of full-time residents and rentals, a very diverse property. There is a little traffic noise from a nearby road but not bad. The deck needs more chairs but not a big deal. One major con, the water is awful for drinking or making coffee so get bottled water to drink and gallon water for coffee.
