CONTACT OWNER

I'm a retired middle school teacher and live in Phippsburg, just a few miles from my cottage. It gives me so much pleasure to be able to provide a bright, cheerful, clean cottage for guests to relax, reconnect with family, and enjoy all that midcoast Maine has to offer.
Kathy purchased this House in 1910
Why Kathy chose Sebasco Estates
The cottage was built in the early 1900s and has been in the family for many years. In 2005, I took the plunge and spent six months doing a complete renovation. It was a busy time, as anyone who's ever built or remodeled a home knows, but it was also loads of fun and very rewarding to see the end product. When they were kids, my children spent all summer down by the shore, swimming at the little beach in the picture, climbing over the rocks, and spending endless hours checking out the changes since the last tide - just what kids are supposed to do on vacation.

Good Cottage !

check in was simple, door was unlocked with keys on the counter. Cottage was over equipped with everything you would ever need even for infants.

Great!

pet friendly, close to most activities and beach state park

Great Stay

The place could not have been nicer. Perfectly kept, location excellent, not far from Bath or Brunswick. Would stay here again!

Great stay in Maine

The house was clean, well-equipped, spacious enough for a few people, and beautifully located on the cove within Phippsburg. We had quick access to Popham Beach and Morse Mountain/Small Point Beach. It was fun to walk down to the water and collect from an abundance of sea glass and pottery shards.

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the feeling of staying in an authentic Maine fishing village. The cottage was cute and cozy and my kids loved watching the crabs and small fish in the tidepools. I came home with quite the collection of seaglass and shells. We also enjoyed shopping, eating, and the waterfront park in nearby Bath. Other highlights from our trip include Popham Beach and several day trips (Sebasco was a good launching point for visiting other mid-coast towns and Portland to the south).
