The bathroom is has a full size fiberglass shower and tub equipped with a large rain type shower head and plenty of water flow. 
 
Living room area has a queen sofa sleeper, dining table for four, coffee table.
 
42 inch HD LED TV equipped with full service cable including all HD channels, wireless internet, and Blue ray DVD player. 
 
Hallway and bedroom close with hangers, additional linen, pillows, and blankets. 
 
Balcony has a table and four chairs.
 
All linens and towels are provided (except for beach towels) along with a starter supply of personal items.
 
Large pool with lounge chairs towards the rear of the complex
 
Ocean front sun deck just back from the sea dunes with lounge chairs. 
 
Each unit in Seaside is privately owned. Ours is decorated to be comfortable and make your vacation stay pleasant and enjoyable. We use the unit for our own and family vacations.
 
 We always consider our visitors as guests and not just a renter. We have renovated and furnished the unit for our use and comfort and want our guests to feel the same and expect each guest to visit our unit as if they owned it as well. 
 
Please note - Seaside Villas has a strict NO Pet policy. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, etc are not allowed on the premises. The complex is patrolled by security guards very frequently for your safety and protection. It is a gated condominium complex. Additional condo information such as check in/out times, obtaining keys and FOB (for gate entrance), payment details, etc are provided during the reservation process.

Great last minute getaway.


My husband and I decided to go to Hilton Head Island for a very last minute getaway. The condo was everything we needed for a weekend at the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
