The Cozy Cottage is a peaceful retreat, yet close to Old Harbor and all the activity. Short distance to town and beaches, restaurants, etc. This property is an inverted property with the 2 bedrooms / 2 Baths on main level and Kitchen, Living, Dining and Den on upper level. Large decks on both levels overlook the Greenway Nature Trails. Radiant heat, washer/dryer, satellite TV, Internet.

Master Bedroom has Queen bed and private Bath, 2nd Bedroom has 4 twin beds and a 2nd bath.

Kitchen is fully equipped for any vacation, Dining will accommodate 10 guests,

Available off season 2 night minimum, High Season full week only.

Quiet Area - Great Floor Plan - Will Rent again!


My family and I rented this home for a weekend, and we regretted not renting it for longer. We loved the upper deck, and how peaceful it was to look out over the lush vegetation or to take advantage of the ideal stargazing conditions. This building is perfectly situated to be a short walk from almost everything on the island, and made taking a car unnecessary. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and on the grill to prepare several delicious meals. We are all looking forward to coming back to Block Island and intend to rent this top notch property again.

Spacious, clean, adequately equipped, excellent location, great decks and windows to get airy breez.


We had a great stay. Loved that linens were provided and there is a cleaning service. Dish towels should be included with the linens, however, and we did not find sheets to fit the futon bed. Suzann was excellent to work with. Overall we highly recommend and would love to come again. Thank you

Perfect Island getaway!


Cozy Cottage was the perfect rental house for our group of 8. The house is exactly as described, has everything you need so less for you to bring over to the island! The cottage is convenient as it was only a 5 minute drive from town and about a 15 minute walk. It was quiet and peaceful and nice to watch the planes land from the upper deck! Overall it was a great first experience with this house and Suzann. She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had prior to the trip. I would highly recommend Cozy Cottage to anyone considering a visit to Block Island!

Great House!


The house was exactly as pictured and described. The decks were amazing. More seating on both decks would have been nice, but you can bring your own. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the open floor plan. It is nice to be able to bring a well behaved dog. Thank you for a great week!
