Centrally located, our home is a perfect base for excursions in any direction. (Bring your toys)  You can explore Mesa Verde National Park, Chaco Canyon National Historical Park, Canyon de Chelley National Monument, and the local Aztec Ruins that are easy day-trips from Aztec, New Mexico. World class fly fishing on the San Juan River is just down the road. Travel north for a day trip to Durango, Silverton or Telluride and enjoy spectacular San Juan scenic byway.
 
For your indoor entertainment, you will find a flat screen TV in all the bedrooms. Internet is available to keep up with what's going on in the outside world. Video & Board games.  This home is equipped with a washer/dryer so you need not pack a lot of clothes for an extended stay. Three of the four bedrooms have queen beds and there is a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Single bed & office area in the fourth room. And outside for pets we have a Shaded 6' x 10' kennel. Due to Family allergies we can not accommodate cats in the home. 
 
Just a few Amenities that you will find in our home... Air conditioning, Alarm clock, Amenities Basket filled with items you may have forgotten at home, Ceiling fans, DVD Player & movies, Wired Internet & Wi-Fi, Desk, Printer, Fireplace, Iron &  Ironing Board, Fully functioning kitchen with Coffee/Tea facilities, Microwave, Crock Pot, Linens & Towels, Satellite/Cable TV, Bar-B-Q Grill just to mention a few.
 
Maid service is available at an additional cost. This is a NON-Smoking home.

Superior rental.


The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked. The area was easy to find and very quiet. It was convenient for us to take day trips to the sights we wanted to see.

Great Family Hangout


We stayed in Aztec to enjoy some activities in Farmington, NM for our first weekend of Spring Break. The property was very clean and comfortable. Much of the home has been remodeled and is very well appointed. The space was perfect for our group of 9. Not too big to lose anyone and not so small we were stepping on each other like we do in hotel rooms. Every bed was quite comfortable and we didn\'t hear a single complaint from any of our teenagers. The neighborhood is quiet and we found it reasonably close to all the activities we wanted to participate in. We enjoyed the convenience of having a full kitchen and found it stocked with most of the utensils and appliances our family needed for our stay. We would have enjoyed an electric griddle for our pancake breakfast but found there were enough frying pans/skillets to use on the stovetop. We did have an issue with the Washer and Dryer while we were there and Kathy was quick to find a solution and get things worked out for us! She and her husband are great to work with and really want your stay to be perfect. I did forget my hair dryer and would have loved to see one on the property, but understand that those are items that can easily grow legs and walk away. Fortunately, I have thin hair and there was a fan in the office that I was able to use to get the job done. And, you can bet I won\'t forget it next time. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the 4 corners area and will most likely be back when we want to visit the area again, which should be within the next 6-9 months! Thanks for a great stay!

We spent nearly a week in Aztec, NM using this property as a base from which to fish the San Juan River. This is something that we do at least t or three times per year in various locations around the States. This property is by far the cleanest and best appointed home that we have stayed in. I highly recommend this property if you are in the area and looking for a clean and relaxing place for your overnights.

Kathy and Norman are the perfect hosts, with a beautiful home. They are there for you any time you need to call. Their home is very clean, pretty, well stocked and in a quiet location. They are family oriented and kid friendly. Our Christmas was strange this year as my Mom had terminal cancer and we lost her on the 28th. Kathy set up a Christmas tree for my 9 year old grandson, who was afraid Santa would\'t be able to find him. That is going above and beyond being just a host. If you need a place to stay in Aztec for any reason. I highly recommend their home. Thank You Kathy and Norman, our 10 day stay was wonderful, couldn\'t have asked for more gracious hosts.
