Our villa at Magnolia Greens is well-appointed, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. It is situated on the 15th Hole at the Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation, a great course that previously hosted a PGA TOUR Q-School event. This location is only five minutes from Historic Downtown Wilmington and 20 - 30 minutes to the beaches (i.e., Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Oak Island).
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed (that can be separated into two twins). The second bedroom has two double beds, full bath, kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge) and a separate entrance affording full privacy.
 
The villa is only 300 yards from the Clubhouse and Recreation Center which houses the indoor and outdoor pools. Guest passes to the Recreation Center are available at an additional fee. You will love your stay at Magnolia Greens!

“Absolutely Perfect!”


The condo was wonderful. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, everything needed for a pleasant visit. The owners were great to work with and answered every question that I had. Even though the unit is on the second floor, the stairs are not steep and are easy to climb. I never heard any noise from adjacent units and met several neighbors, all of whom were very nice. I hope this condo is available the next time I visit the area.

“Wilmington vacation”


We rented this property for 3 nights at the end of June. The owners were quick to reply to our vacation request. The rental agreement was well spelled out. Payment, deposit, arrival, and departure information was easy to follow. The condo overview on the website was accurate. The condo was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Our favorite part was the screened in patio. The view onto the golf course/pond was great and the patio was relaxing. Nice to go out in the am and pm without threat of bugs! Used the driving range a few times and played 1 round of 18 holes. Course was great. Very short walk to one of the pools. We liked the walk-in area of the pool, nice for adults to sit in the water and get cool. Walked every day in the am and pm admiring the private homes in the Magnolia Greens complex. The homes were well kept and neighborhoods were well manicured. Loved that there was a Walgreens right as you entered the Magnolia Greens complex. Also a Wal Mart, McDonald\'s, Rite Aid, Harris Teeter, and Applebee\'s were across the street or next to the complex. We went to Wrightsville Beach twice. Took about 20-25 minutes to get there. Some times there was traffic due to time of day or construction which added time to the commute. This was a very nice place to stay, very affordable, and the owners were very easy to work with! We would definitely recommend this vacation rental:)

“Clean and spacious”


We arrived at (gulp) 4am due to a late flight into Raleigh and were so relieved to walk in and find the condo exactly as described. The king size bed was very comfortable and my pillow hoarding husband was happy to find extras in the closet. The 2nd bedroom is large and has its own full bath, a fridge and microwave plus a TV. The building is within a large residential subdivision, and is very peaceful with a small pond right outside the window. The condo is on the 3rd floor and we did not see an elevator so not appropriate for disabled or elderly. Groceries, drug store and restaurants (even a bowling alley) are at the entrance to the subdivision, a few minute\'s drive away. The neighborhood is very walkable and scenic with ponds and waterways. I only wish we had access to bikes during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

“Great place to stay and owners are wonderful!”


My husband and I rented the condo in Magnolia Greens for three plus months, July through October 2014. We had a wonderful time in a very comfortable place. The setting is perfect. Only a short walk to the gym and pool, also great shopping and restaurants close by. The golf course is beautiful and there are many places to walk and bike in the community. Terri and Joe were most helpful to us in many ways. We moved from Maine to North Carolina and stayed in their condo until we found a permanent home. They were most supportive to our needs, answered many questions and eased our transition greatly. They are most accommodating, helpful and honest. They worked with us in every way possible to make our stay comfortable and provide what we needed. We would highly recommend them and their place.

“Great summer vacation”


The condo was in a perfect location for our trip. We are golfers so being on a golf course was a dream. We were close to Wilmington which was a beautiful older city where the wedding we were attending was held. The premises we booked were clean and inviting. Any concerns we had were quickly handled. We could not have been any happier with the condo. Would certainly book again.
