“Home away from home!”


We recently spent a week at this lovely condo and it truly was like being at home! The kitchen has every possible pot/pan/utensil that you could want. The building is located close to the walking bridge to the beach and the pool, making it a breeze to get to where you want to go. We are beach snobs meaning we MUST have an ocean front view and the deck did not disappoint! Mornings with coffee in hand and evenings with a cool drink while listening to the waves is exactly what we were looking for in a vacation condo. The owners were a breeze to work with and even called to make sure we got checked in OK and that everything was fine. I have never had an owner do that before and it was a nice touch. If you are looking for a relaxing time in a wonderful condo, book this one today. We will definitely look at this condo again when we return to North Carolina. Thanks Joe and Teri for letting us rent your home. We are grateful.

The condo could not have been nicer or well maintained. The view from the balconey was perfect Oak Island was beautiful, with live oak trees instead of the usual beach scrub. Hardly any commercialization at all, but a few restaurants that were very good. A short ride to Southport is well worth it. Terri and Joe could not be any more helpful and it was a pleasure to work with them

“Wonderful experience, Beautiful Condo”


First of all, the owners of this condo were wonderful to work with. Terri was quick to answer emails and even called the first day of our vacation to check on us. The rate for the condo was better or comparable to other condos in the area. The condo was even better than the photos would lead you to believe. It was quite clean and had nice decor. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we spent most of our downtime sitting there. The beach was not overly crowded and it was a short walk to the pier. The pool at the complex was nice, clean, and not overly crowded. We will definitely look into staying at this condo again in the future.

One of the most relaxing \"away from home\" vacations we\'ve had! The Beach Villa was perfect and the Oak Island community - fresh seafood, great restaurants, specialty foods and shops - is exceptionally warm and friendly! Hope to be back!
