Description

Water views from every room in the HOUSE. Front and back decks for sunbathing or just relaxing and watching the sunrise and sunsets!  Fish from the dock or bring your boat and launch it on your private boat ramp. Relax in the fenced yard under palm trees with your toes in the sand. The beautiful, white sandy beach of the Gulf is just a short walk away!!  Pier 33 is conveniently one block away for groceries or other necessities.  The Hangout is just under a mile down the beach!! 
 
"Bonnie Dune" is a very easy, comfortable, fun home and property. Our search for a beach home ended when we first walked in the door and now we are excited to share it with you. We hope you have many memorable times here!.

We were married in 1982 and have 5 children aged from 10 to 29. We love to travel and have lived in many areas of the US from DC to Seattle. Currently we live in the Rocky Mountain region and although it is beautiful we often long for the warm weather and ocean.Our youngest daughter enjoys being here so much it is rejuvenating for us to watch her frolic in the water, waves and sand.We have always loved hosting friends, family, our kid's friends, and often new friends we only just met. There is always someone coming or going at our current home so we are very happy to have you as a guest at our new beach house!David Roberts purchased this Cottage in 2016

Cleaning Fee $150
Pet Fee $100
Damage Insurance $59
 
Initial Reservation Payment of $200 is due and payable upon making a reservation. This reservation payment gets applied to the rental total. It is not a refundable deposit.
 
We require at least a 60-day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Monthly rentals require at least a 90-day cancellation notice. If notice is given within the cancellation period, the initial reservation payment less a $45 reservation fee shall be returned.

This house was exactly as pictured. It was amazing and perfect for our family vacation!


It was so perfect to rent this house. It was quiet and gave us the privacy we needed as well as access to everything. We loved having the best of both worlds, being able to enjoy the lagoon or go to the beach. We brought our jet skis and easily used them on the lagoon as well. There is an inlet to the ocean that we could actually cross over and go over to ocean with our jet skis that was fun too! This house just had everything we needed from the deck, fishing dock, hammocks, barbecue grill, picnic table. If not at the beach everyday we were at the house enjoying every minute. The sunsets we experienced were nothing but amazing every night. We loved it so much we hated to leave and will definitely be back. Lastly we had excellent communication from the owners. Anytime we had a question they were prompt with an answer. The best experience we could ever hope for. We brought our family of 6 consisting of our children who are 22 and 23 and their boyfriend and girlfriend. When they saw this amazing house they truly just wanted to be at the house everyday swimming and hanging out back. Again a great rental can\'t say enough good things and how lucky we were to rent it!

This nice property was everything we were looking for ... A week of relaxation ! The house was neat and clean and updated. We were able to take our \"fur babies\" and they enjoyed it as much as we did ! The back deck offers sun or shade and the pier offers excellent fishing . The neighbors were very kind and the area was peaceful and quite . One of our favorite activities was simply sitting in the swing on the back deck in the late afternoon and at night. Gorgeous sunsets !!! Can\'t wait to go back!
