Right on the ocean! Fully furnished Ground Level sleeps 8. Dogs welcome.
Features huge private beach accessible via custom front boardwalk (150' to beach), lots of fun sandy-beach and ocean activities and spectacular ocean and river views from Porch (with Gas Grill) and Deck.

Full kitchen with breakfast bar, range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc.

Open-plan living & dining room with TV and Wood-Burning Stove. Queen Bedroom, 'bunk' room with 4 twin-size beds, plus full size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.  Full Bath, plus an outdoor hot/cold shower to wash off the sand.
 
Phone, cable TV and WiFi internet included. Use of Oceanfront Deck, wrap-around porch with grill, deck chairs and beach chairs, beach umbrella.
 
THINGS TO DO: Have breakfast on the deck and walk down to the beach ... sunbathe on the beach, swim and play in the ocean, collect seashells; explore Fox Island at low tide. Visit 2 historic forts just 5 minutes away. Have a bonfire on the beach (owners will secure permit).

Want a day away from the beach?   Visit LL Bean's at the Freeport outlets (about 45 minutes) for "deals."   Or, Visit BoothBay Harbor (also about 45 mins. away) and shop for unique souvenirs, or take a Seal Watch or Whale Watch BoatTour from the harbor, then dine at the famous Jamison Tavern & Restaurant.
