Dream house with Stunning views in very kid friendly house with large garden, heated pool and brand new kitchen which is the best place to hang out with cocktails and music, and lots of things to play with and on from surfboards to bikes to everything your kids would want to use. Freeway close to LA (15 miles from best of it) and 25 minutes to Malibu's gorgeous beaches thru a beautiful scenic route. We can also lend you the cars as well for an extra fee. Also v safe as we're in a gated community. Fab hiking and biking from the house. Gorgeous bars and coffee places nearby. Everything you'd expect for tv and internet plus a firepit, projector and cinema screen, large study, lovely veranda in the master bedroom, slack line, kick boxing heavybag, speed-bag, weights, pull up bar, tabletennis, tennis rackets etc. Yes you can borrow the surfboards so long as you promise to have fun. Tennis courts are 2 mins jog or 1 min skateboard. We're a professional couple, who love the good things in life so the garden is designed to look nice but have areas for kids to get messy. They have sufficient things to do such that they rarely want to play with the Xbox or leave! Pool has safety fence round it.
