Great place on the river!! Very clean! Great place


Our family loved it. Family of 4... great access to river. Kids loved kayaking to the flats..great place to hang out! Back yard was great with fire pit at night under the TX stars. Highly recommend..

Perfect getaway, secluded just a nice place


Really a great place just above the river. It felt very private, and we loved the outdoor space. The river and surrounding area are all pretty quiet, so it was easy to relax and just enjoy. Didn’t need to contact the owners for anything, but they made everything easy. Even though we like to vary our destinations, we’ll definitely consider coming back! Thanks for an awesome few days!

Great home for families and children. Wonderful water park.


This home is on a hill and surrounded by trees, making it a very private location, which was one of the reasons we chose it. The river and water park are just down the hill in the back yard. The home is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The beds are quite comfortable and there is an endless supply of linens. The home was meticulously clean when we arrived. The living area is very comfortable and cozy. This is a great home to get away from it all!

Great vacation


We had a great time at this house, it\'s a very quiet place, the house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you might need. They even have drinking water for you, that was nice. The highlight of the visit was the house and the surrounding areas, the river is at a short distance, but is too shallow for us, we like to swim a lot, it might have been the time of the year or the lack of rain, nevertheless, we were able to enjoy the water, don\'t get me wrong. We\'ll definitely go back perhaps in the winter.

Quiet, peaceful, nice river access!


We loved our stay here. Saw hummingbirds, deer, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We felt more secluded than we actually were. The split floorplan allowed for privacy and extra bathrooms was a plus. The river was a short walk down the hill and extra floats for the river was nice. Would definitely recommend.
