Description

The Villa, Cacique 21, is an oceanfront home on the golf course, directly overlooking the greens of holes number four and five of the famed Pete Dye, 'Teeth of the Dog' golf course, in Casa de Campo. The house plan is open and spacious, incorporating the golf course, outside garden vegetation and the ocean view from all the entertaining areas of the house and from three of its six bedrooms.
 
Its prime oceanfront location on the golf course is only equaled by its outstanding location in relation to the beach. Minitas Beach, Casa de Campo's exclusive private beach, is only at a four-minute walk from the Villa. Imagine, here you can enjoy a sunset sipping drinks in the veranda or relaxing in the Jacuzzi by the pool, and later walk to Minitas Beach to have a memorable dining experience at The Beach Club, by Le Cirque, the gourmet restaurant there. On another evening, take the golf cart and drive to La Marina; enjoy the yachts and choose from among the several gourmet restaurants featured--it is only a ten-minute golf cart drive away.
 
The Villa has six large guest bedrooms and seven and a half baths. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master suite features an entrance hall, a king-sized bed, walk in closet, cable flat screen TV, Blue-ray DVD player, Bose stereo radio, private bath and a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. All other bedrooms are as spacious as the master bedroom, four have king-sized beds and two have two queen-sized beds. All six have walk-in closets, cable TV, and private bathrooms and other amenities similar to the Master suite. There is an additional twin bed and trundle in one of the largest bedrooms in case of small children wanting to share a room with the adults. Three of the bathrooms in guest rooms are handicapped accessible. We also have two cribs available for small children.
 
The villa was recently refurbished. The last part of the process was just finished at the end of September 2015 and included a brand new, very large kitchen and a new full bathroom to service the pool area and the downstairs of the house. A couple of important features of the house, which set it apart from many others at Casa de Campo, are an air-conditioned dining room -with table seating for up to fourteen- and a Home Theater Area with system 7.1, projector and 92 inch motorized screen. Other special features include a bathroom which incorporates a garden shower in one of the two downstairs bedrooms, and the newly built pergola in the swimming pool area- perfect for seating and dining al fresco.
 
The villa comes fully staffed with a staff of three people: one butler/waiter, a cook and a maid. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily at the request of the guests (guests provide the groceries for preparation). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included with the rental. Laundry and Ironing Services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional nominal charge for them to work later and stay overnight in the staff bedrooms of the Villa.

The house is at a three to four minute walk from Minitas beach. A four-seat golf cart is included, a butler/waiter, a cook and a maid/waiter are included with the villa. Daily preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner is included with the rental (renters supply groceries and beverages for preparation). Housekeeping and nightly turn-down service provided with the rental. Laundry service available, Full stereo system with iPod dock, 2 Baby Cribs, Beach-Pool Towels, Ceiling Fans, Security Safe in all bedrooms, outdoor grill, and breathtaking views of Teeth of the Dog Golf Course and Caribbean Sea. Additional Rate details

There is a $1,000.00 security/damage deposit, due with the second payment, and it is returned once the guests leave and all is found OK at the villa.

Awesome home


Wonderful house and fantastic staff. Karina cooked several meals for us and both awesome. We were on golf package or would have had all meals there. We had 5 couples and rooms were all spacious and comfortable. Raul, owner, was very easy to work with. Overall an awesome home.

Great home, Great Staff, Great View, Great Locatio


We LOVED this property. We were a group of five couples on our 4th visit to Casa de Campo. This was by far our favorite property because of the location along the 4th hole of Teeth of the Dog, the fabulous view of the ocean beyond the course, the condition of the property and staff. Many houses do not have parity among the bedroom suites so sharing with five couples is tough, but this house has all great suites with lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds and linens. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces are all lovely, in great condition and have terrific views. Raphael and the rest of the staff are excellent, want to be helpful, and are cheerful. The cooking was excellent and we found that whatever we requested was well made. We would discuss what we wanted for breakfast and lunch as well as the three dinners that we decided to have at the house. Other houses we have had were not really walkable to the beach. But this house is a five minute walk or a 2 minute golf cart ride from Minitas beach, where recently they completed a great pool area and signficantly improved the restaurant All in all, we could not have been happier. Thank you Raul and Francesca, we look forward to next year!

Recent stay at 21 Cacique


There were 12 friends that gathered recently for a trip to the DR. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the home of Raul and Francesca. Everything was perfect. In large measure this was due to the unusual assistance and sound advice from our hosts. The staff of three were simply outstanding. Daily breakfasts were delicious and a great way to begin our day. Lunches were varied and equally delicious. We ate three dinners at the house after planning to eat only one. Every meal was as good as or better than any we experienced at the Resorts various restaurants. Every trip detail that we planned came off without a single hitch. Walkiria, from the Villa Owners Club, acted as our concierge and she was truly a giant when it came to following up and insuring that we experienced zero surprises. Working with Raul and Francesca was easy, seamless, and a joy. We received quick responses to inquires, were able to utilize parts of the resort normally unavailable to guests, and were surprised and pleased to interact with Raul during our visit. This was my fifth visit to Casa de Campo and I can say without reservation that it was the best. I would highly recommend a stay at 21 Cacique.
