Description

Enjoy our fully-equipped updated 2-bedroom condo. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a full size tiled walk-in shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a reclining sofa and loveseat in the living room. The dining tables easily seats 6. We also have a Sunsuite with an awesome oceanand beach view. This condo will sleep 2 adults and 2 children very comfortably. It could sleep 6 but once you open the sofabed it gets a little crowded. It has a queen bed in the bedroom area and youth bunk beds and a queen sofabed in the living area. Myrtle Beach Resort offers a Lazy River, 6 pools (1 indoor, 1 indoor/outdoor, 4 outdoor), several indoor & outdoor hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, exercise rooms, a kiddie pool & water play area, kiddie playground, horseshoes, lawn chess, a putting green, lighted tennis courts, basketball, and beach volleyball. There is WiFi and the phone service includes free calls to Canada. There is an oceanfront cabana bar and grill with nightly entertainment and you will find BBQ grills and picnic tables in several areas around our 33-acre resort. Our summer rates for our 2BR/2BA condo are $650 USD per week in April, $750 in May, and start at $850 in June. Midsummer rates are $1200 per week and are less starting August 11. Our Sunsuite rates start at $450 USD per week and are $900 in mid summer. The last 5 photos are of the Sunsuite. We will gladly answer any of your questions. We were raised in upstate NY and then moved to California. We purchased this condo to be close to our "East Coast" children and grandchildren and to have a vacation place where they could visit us. Our grandchildren loved the resort and now we decided to share our condo with other families who would like to have a vacation at the beach. We have lived in the condo so it is well equipped. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for your enjoyment. We hope you will make this your home away from home. We are the owners and managers of the condo and want you to enjoy your stay and become part of our family.
