Our Villa is ideally located in West Haven, a popular gated community, 10 to 15 minutes from Disney and 20 to 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Adventure Island (Harry Potter Park), 2 miles away from Champions Gate golf course, 45-60 minutes from the beach, and near many major attractions.
 
Paradise Heights has been professionally furnished throughout to the very highest standards and has been recently beautifully decorated. And it is fully equipped with many amenities to fully meet your satisfaction. This villa has 6 luxury bedrooms with cable TV in each room, 3 bathrooms, pool, spa and game room with multi-game tables. Paradise Heights is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 14 guests in spacious comfort space. And we use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly service 24/7.
 
Paradise Heights villa has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with a big-screen cable TV and DVD player. We offer the best mix of relaxation and comfort, luxury and convenience. Keeping in touch with your family at home is made easy by the free local calling, as well as the wired & wireless Internet Access.
 
Step out from the family room under the cool and shaded lanai, and on to the pool deck that surrounds our crystal clean pool and raised spa pool.

BEAUTIFUL


My very large family stayed for a week in this beautiful home. There was so much room making our stay very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for families of any size. Kids enjoyed the pool, and the location was not a far drive to park attractions. The house was equipped with all of the comforts of home. We had a great vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful Home, Great Experience


The home was exactly as advertised. Very nice and clean. Very spacious as well. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you see in the description of the property is true. As advertised. Rose, the owner, and the maintenance company were a simple phone call away. Rose answered the first day when we called because the dishwasher wasn\'t working. Maintenance came and repaired it immediately. We would definitely book again with Rose.

Good stay in a good villa


We had a great two weeks in the villa. There were a few issues upon arrival but nothing too bad and fixed within a couple of days - Rose was really good at getting back to us (usually within the hour). The villa was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and a great pool area too. I would recommend staying here - the only thing I would say the home lacked was towels for by the pool. Apart from that everything was great! Thanks again!

Very nice house, great area and nice owner


My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was exactly as described and fit a large group very comfortably. The pool was fantastic, the game room was fun and the location was perfect for the kids going to the amusement parks. There are two great hangout areas with TV\'s which was great when some wanted to watch the game and some wanted to watch a movie. There are also multiple tables to eat which was helpful and a lot of room by the pool for the whole group to hang out. Rose, the owner, is also very nice, flexible and quick to either help you directly or connect you with her management company. All in all, highly recommend this property and had a great time.

Love the house!


We really enjoyed the house! It was very nice, spacious, and clean! The kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool. We did have an issue with the pool (no one\'s fault - something happened to a pipe or something), and Rose took care of it immediately - great response time! Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and plenty of plates and cooking dishes. The house was close to Disney (about 15 minutes away), as well as grocery store, walgreens, and restaurants. Overall a great experience! We would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend the place to anyone!
