Welcome to your perfect family vacation house. Located in the pristine beaches of South Nags Head, you will find this is a beautiful 8 bedroom, 8.5 bath semi-ocean front house with wonderful ocean and sound views. This home is constantly upgraded with our guests comfort in mind. Some recent upgrades include new hard wood floors in the common areas, the refrigerator and both dishwashers have been replaced, all new furniture in the great room, new bedding and new flat screen TVs in the bedrooms! Beach Treasure is sure to comfortably accommodate your family w/ private baths for all the bedrooms (except ground floor bunk which shares a full hall bath w/ rec. room), wrap around decking (on both mid and top levels), lots of pool & deck furniture, and a large heated pool & hot tub. Wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, play all day, then unwind at night with a nice glass of wine while you watch the sun set over the beautiful Hatteras Island Estuary.
 
The top level is dedicated to a large and open great room which provides a great setting for family gatherings! There’s plenty of room to spread out and many things to enjoy. A large flat screen TV and a Samsung Soundbar provide the electronic entertainment. The Soundbar is your audio command center and allows you to easily connect in Bluetooth to play your favorite music from your Iphone or other devices. The amazing Ocean Views from the front of the house and the Sunset Views from the back provide a sense of relaxation and peace. And also a chance to Rejuvenate! Bedroom Suites on this level include two beautifully appointed KING Master Suites, one with a Jacuzzi Tub, and direct deck access for both. The Spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for several cooks to be together and is designed for efficient meal preparations providing two dishwashers, refrigerator, dual sinks, microwave, range, oven, a center island bar for your casual diners, and plenty of seating. A seasonal gas fireplace completes this level.
 
Middle Level: Bedroom suites on this level include two luxurious KING Master Suites, and a Queen Master Suite. An additional Pyramid Bunk w Trundle Master Suite on this level provides an ideal set up for parents with younger children who want to keep them close by. All suites on this level provide direct deck access. Laundry facilities are also located on this level.
 
Ground Level: Sleeping accommodations on this floor include one Queen Master Suite and a second bedroom with two sets of Bunk Beds. An additional full bath is located on this level. The balance of this floor is dedicated to a large recreation room with a pool table, 6 person Game Table w Poker Chips, Large flat screen TV, a wet bar with a full size refrigerator, and microwave. The recreation room provides comfortable seating for all, and direct access to the pool area. Parking for 8, covered entry, large (16x32) private pool (can be heated for $300 per week), Private Hot tub, basketball goal.
