Head west just 50 yards to reach the Venice Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean. A short stroll to the Santa Monica Pier.
 
The nearby bike path parallels the Venice Boardwalk and stretches north through Santa Monica and south to Redondo Beach. The deep, white sandy beach offers volleyball, biking, basketball and just about every outdoor activity. Or, head to the water for surfing, kayaking, and deep-sea fishing.

Additionally 14% transient occupancy taxes on rental fee and 3% creedit card fee.  Guest has the option to send check or wire funds in lieu of paying 3% credit card fee.  $1000 refundable security deposit due at time of reservation.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Spring Break Get Away


The location was close to everything. The rental company was great to work with & very helpful. The homeowner lives next door & was extremely kind, even gave us some fresh limes from his tree!

Thornton Ave beach Bungalow


Great house is good location. Nice and quiet but close to the action. Managers are very friendly and helpful with booking and checking in. Great wash room facilities. 5 Bicycles included in rental which was perfect for getting around. Also free car parking which was very handy. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great house steps from Venice Beach


We had an excellent time in this house! It had an adorable front yard, was well set up for our two little kids and adults alike. It was just steps from the ocean!!! The property management company was very professional.

Fantastic Family Vacation in Venice Beach


We had an amazing family vacation here! The house was spacious, comfortable and spotless, providing every \'comfort of home\' we needed. (which made packing a breeze!) The location was also fantastic. The front porch of the house faces a lovely, quiet street which made for a wonderful way to have a morning coffee. The walking street leads to a quick easy walk to the beach. We loved our time here and will absolutely be back!

Perfect spot on Venice Beach


We had a wonderful experience renting this property. The host was very professional and quick to respond to the only issue we had. One of the bedrooms was staying too warm at night, so they immediately installed a small a/c in the window. Incrediable service! We would definitely stay here again. Loved sitting on the front porch. The bikes were fun to use on the bike path. The laundry was a plus. Very quiet location for such a busy place. Lovely lane, very private. Hope to visit again!

Nice cottage in a great location


Nice property in a great location. Fronts on a very quiet walkway but only a few hundred feet from heart of boardwalk activity. Property is very pleasant but bathrooms are very dated. Could not use master bath shower as too small (we are NOT large people). Overall clean but rugs need to be shampooed.
