Upon entrance, you are greeted with high ceilings, large windows, sunshine, and plenty of open space.
 
Downstairs, Casa Grace Victoria features a beautiful spacious kitchen, a classic formal dining room, and an intimate living room. The formal dining room seats 4, the breakfast nook seats 6, and a breakfast bar seats 3. Upstairs, there are cozy loft areas for relaxing.
 
The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two half baths.
 
The master bedroom features an enormous king bed and gorgeous master bath. The master bath includes both a stand-in shower and a large hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park.
 
Two additional rooms feature queen beds, and two more rooms include two twin beds in each; the villa sleeps 10 comfortably.
 
Indulge in your very own private swimming pool in the backyard. Relax on the patio, listen to music, or enjoy a family cook on us! A BBQ grill is included on the patio for your private use.
 
Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the smart TV, Cable/DVD, stereo system, Wi-Fi, and free long distance calling.
We aim to make your stay as homey as possible. All bedrooms include their own HD TVs, and the family room features a 60 inch Smart TV.
The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, eating utensils, glasses and dishes along with pots and pans for cooking.
Linens are provided, and a washer and dryer is included in the home as well for your convenience.
A crib is available for small children, as well as baby equipment and toys.
There is also convenient driveway parking in front of the villa and a home alarm system is included in the home.

Scott and Debbie Cooper are the owners of Casa Grace Victoria, the name of the home comes from our 2 granddaughters. Our family has always traveled to Walt Disney World since our 3 children were young and some of our best vacations have been spent there. Now that our family is growing we thought it would be a great idea to own a home in the area so future generations of our family could also enjoy the parks at a more reasonable cost. We also thought it would be a terrific opportunity to share our home with others. Once we decided on this the search began and the result is Casa Grace Victoria.Scott Cooper purchased this house in 2017

Great vacation and holiday


This home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The pictures do not do justice to this home. A perfect place to spend the Christmas holidays. Quiet location. Close to shopping, restaurants and away from the busy traffic. Easy access to Disney. The owner was in constant contact to make sure our arrival went smoothly. I will definitely be booking this home again in the fall. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Spacious, comfortable home in great neighbourhood


Overall, we had a great stay at this property for our time in Florida. The house is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group and there was plenty of space for all. Stores are close nearby and the neighbourhood is quiet and inviting with a great kids play ground not too far away. Due to the cold snap while we were there we did not get to enjoy the lovely lanai and outdoor pool area. The property owner was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Only Place for US


We have been coming to Florida for Mickey for the last 25 years at least one time each year. This particular visit was for business however after arriving we extended our stay for pleasure. This home is so warm and inviting, we felt right at home! The photos do convey how beautiful it is but you have to experience it in person! Without question this is my NEW favorite home in Central Florida. We loved the proximity to Disney, as well as being far enough out that we enjoyed many warm nights by the pool. There are so many places to eat near by and there is also a super target and a publix where we purchased groceries for one night that we decided to use the kitchen (LOVE the open kitchen) my family watched the game while I cooked and it was great to have enough space for us all to sit and be together (we have a big family). During the entire stay the owners were available and extremely helpful and friendly. I hope to one day meet them and thank them in person for making our vacation so special. I will and have recommend this property to every person I know loves a good vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
