This beautiful 3/2 home can accommodate approximately 8 guests, which makes it a great option for family vacations. Equipped with Bright House cable TV service and Wifi so you can stay connected!
 
The possibilities are endless when you take your vacation here! Relax and enjoy a gorgeous sunset from the large screen porch, swim with manatees, take a trip to one of the nearby state parks, visit the quaint Fort Island Gulf Beach, or take a boat out to fresh or saltwater for fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, scuba diving, sightseeing, or out to dinner at one of Crystal River's fabulous waterfront restaurants.
 
The home is located on a deep water lagoon near King's Bay, which makes it a great choice for larger boats. Several public boat ramps are located near the home and are available for your use. The lagoon is not only great for boats, but is also a popular swimming place for manatees and dolphin!
 
The garage is currently being used by the owner for storage and is not accessible by guests.

We are a family from Leesburg, Florida, which is located approximately an hour from this rental home in Crystal River. We love to take our boat out fishing and scalloping as much as possible. We have been vacationing in Crystal River for many years, and we decided to purchase the home because we enjoyed our vacations there so much!Kristen Cole purchased this house in 2010

Close to everything!


Very clean and comfortable accommodations! Great location for divers, scuba and snorkeling, whether your going to Three Sisters, Blue Grotto, Devils Den or Rainbow River. There is fresh seafood everywhere! Can’t go wrong with The Crab Plant (cash only), in Crystal River or The Freezer Tiki Bar, (cash only) in Homosassa.. To sum things up, we enjoyed our time here in Crystal River! The house was perfect for our party of six.. plenty of space to stretch out and chill without being on top of each other. Thanks! Easy check in , great service from property manager. All as advertised, view of water and dock facilities are excellent Very reasonable price for the time of year that we booked and the house itself, as it had really everything needed to just show up and enjoy

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The access to the water worked well with our Kayaks. We saw Dolphins and Manatees in the Lagoon. We will recommend this to all our friends & family.

This house was beautiful...photos don\'t do it justice. It was immaculate and has everything you need. Close to scalloping grounds and was in a nice quiet lagoon. Kristen was great to work with, she answered all of my questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Really Quiet


The house was awesome, The Dock was in great shape, The only complaint was the beds need new mattress they were like sleeping on a rock, And the house was stock with all kinds of extra\'s like spices and ammenities
