Enjoy relaxed lake living by unwinding on the spacious decks spanning the lake side of this house. BEAUTIFUL two-story house with vaulted wood ceiling in Great room and hardwood floors. Tile floors in baths & terrace level.   Covered upper and lower decks on the lakeside of the house have plenty of seating, including a table, which seats 6, and a swing. Gas grill on upper deck.
 
Master bedroom located on the main level lakeside. Large family size kitchen stainless steel appliances. 3 very large bedrooms up stairs & 1 bedroom on the terrace level.
Game room has a foos ball table, ping pong table and a pool/billiard table, as well as a flat screen tv for your entertainment.
An aluminum double deck boat dock w/swim dock. An easy walk with no steps to the dock. One slip will be available for the renter's use, with additional room to tie up to the dock.  
 
DIRECT TV satellite service.  This property is very convenient to Duncan Bridge Marina as well as shopping in Jasper/Birmingham.
 
5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. One full bathroom and 1/2 bath on main level, one full bathroom on upper level. One full bath downstairs.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept 5 night rentals only for Peak Season through April.  Beginning May 1, we will begin accepting bookings for a  three (3) night minimum for the rest of the peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week.  4th of July week has a 5 night minimum.  OFF-PEAK SEASON: 2 night min. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas).
