This unit comes with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning, celling fans in each room, cable, wifi, and balcony off of master bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 8, but has a pull out couch that would sleep an additional 1-2 people. The Villa is just steps from a pool and only a short walk to the beach.
Renting through this villa receives free privileges to The Club at Coco bay. This includes two locations. One is a beach side cabana and infinity pool a short walk from your villa and right behind Father Roosters. The other is just a 7 minute drive in Playa del Coco. This includes a large pool, work out facilities, yoga pavilion, restaurant, bar, lighted tennis courts, spa services, locker rooms, and concierge service.
We are a family of 4 from Minnesota that first visited Costa Rica in 2014, and we fell in love with the people, area, and weather.

Our family of 8 adults stayed here for 8 days and had an amazing time! We had arranged for some excursions prior to coming with the help of the hosts (fantastic, friendly service from them), as well as a driver that picked us up at the airport and drove us to the grocery store prior to arriving at the villa. The kitchen was well equipped and we made some meals there, along with a special birthday meal made by the local chef. The coffee shop on the property was a nice option for breakfast or smoothies too. They even deliver by the pool! The beach is so close and we enjoyed Father Roosters too! We rented a golf cart to get around and that was a fun way to explore the area and get to town. Zip-lining, horseback riding and a catamaran cruise were some of our favorite activities. Locals very friendly and we felt safe everywhere, day or night. The villa was spacious enough for all 8 of us, very clean and modern. Definitely will be coming back for another visit - so much to see and do!
Prior to trip, the host contacted us to share some things about the unit and gave some really good tips about getting around, things to do and what to avoid. He offered to arranged for car service to pick up our group at the Liberia airport and were met at the condo by caretaker. Found the unit extremely clean and well kept. Beach and great restaurant (Father Rosters) were just a minute walk from the unit and town of Coco was a 10 minute ride away. Host arranged for a tour at zip line / animal park that was unbelievable. Bottom line- best property we have rented!
We celebrated my wife\'s birthday in Costa Rica and couldn\'t have been more pleased. The place was very nice and comfortably slept 8. A short walk to the beach and Father Roosters. Owner was very helpful when making reservations and the management company representatives went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. She even arranged for a birthday cake and had it delivered. It was waiting at our place when we returned from our excursion. All the locals we encountered were very nice and helpful as well. Overall we had a great trip and would stay at this place again.
My time at the Villa was a truly wonderful way to experience Costa Rica. The interior is furnished nicely and has AC , which was very helpful. The location of the the Villa is unrivaled , as it was about a 15 second walk to the pool ( most of the time which was empty), and a minute to the ocean and a great restaurant. The location of the villa was great for my group and I as it was within close proximity of many exciting areas in Costa Rica. I really enjoyed being able to take a cheap cab ride into nearby towns, and then be able to return to the Villa. As a foreigner in a new country, it also provided me with comfort to know that my belongings were always locked up in my own space. That being said, I never felt unsafe in the Villa area and the people in the area were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here today to anyone wanting to see a great part of Costa Rica.
