Located a block from Shamrock Park and close to 4 different beaches, you'll enjoy this completely updated 2/2/1 heated pool home with large corner lot. For those of you that enjoy the beach, the ferry to the South Venice's private beach is a brisk bike ride away (pass included with rental). Easy access to shopping, eateries and hours of outdoor entertainment or you can sip on a cool one by your own private pool...need more pictures? Just let me know!
 
Between the beaches, pool, and park you might not find yourself inside very much, but the home does have three televisions with comcast cable and free wifi.
 
As for Venice, this charming beach town will become your home away from home. Known as the shark tooth capital of the world, enjoy strolls along the local beaches looking for these little souvenirs. Take a short drive down to Sharkey's at the Pier for a sunset-drenched drink or tasty meal. See the dolphins, bring a fishing pole, or just watch the sun set along the gulf waters. Venice beaches include conservation parks, bird sanctuaries, canoeing, kayaking, hiking and biking trails. Venice’s quaint, palm tree-lined downtown is famous for its art galleries, antique stores, restaurants, and clothing stores.
 
Nearby Sarasota is filled with activities including the renowned Mote Marine Aquarium, the Ringling Museum of Art, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Jet ski and sailboat rentals, and St. Armand's Circle (great for dining, shopping, or strolling) to name a few. For the more adventure filled days, Busch Gardens, Disney's Magic Kingdom, MGM and SeaWorld are all only 2 hours away!
 
It is very important to us that all renters get the experience they are looking for. Please ask us any questions you may have before booking. We look for renters who will take good care of our home. We are dog lovers and do allow clean, well behaved dogs, but we ask that you pick up after them.

GREAT FAMILY PLACE, GREAT OWNER!


The location is great! Right by Shamrock park. We walked our dogs around the waters edge just 2 blocks from the house! The pool was warm and the AC cool! The BEST Thing about this house is that it is WELL STOCKED! Usually you end up having to buy stuff at walmart. Not Here! Everything we needed was here. Kitchen is well stocked with everything imaginable. AS for the beach, umbrellas, toys, ice chest, diggers to sift for shark teeth, everything. I would have spent quite a bit of money buying these things and then leaving them there! Very impressed. They even have extra sunglasses and reading glasses for us! WOW> THank you Jason for letting us bring our dogs and for everything! We WILL be back! Greg and Tracy

Fabulous home for our purposes


Our stay, May 13 - May 23 2017, was made perfect by staying at Jason\'s home. With 2 bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms on opposite sides of the comfortable common living room, a compact and effective kitchen with a sweet window opening to the pool area, big screen TV, WIFI, A/C and all the amenities of a personal use home , our 2 adult couples were in heaven. The pool was wonderful in the extra hot weather we had. The BBQ and covered lanai were put to constant use. Bikes! Pool toys! Even golf clubs were used! Sure, minor scuffs and blemishes that go with the lived-in feel may not appeal to fussy renters, but for us, we loved it!! The rental process with Jason was easy and he was interactive and attentive to ensure it all went smoothly. We recommend Jason\'s rental very highly.

Relaxing, comfortable and great location!


We\'ve stayed twice now at Ringtail and anticipate many more stays in the future. The house is comfortable, well stocked and the pool is wonderful...perfect temperature! Sitting at home now, I\'m really missing coffee by the pool every a.m.! And on top of the house and pool, the location is amazing, just a block to Shamrock Park and the bike trails (and yay, there are bikes at the house!) Thank you!

Everything we could want in a vacation home.


We just got back from our stay at Jason\'s home and loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful, the backyard is landscaped for privacy, and the neighborhood was terrific. It was so easy to relax when virtually everything we could need was right there, from spices in the kitchen to bikes in the garage, it was just like home. The ferry pass for the south beach was so fun and convenient, and it was nice avoiding the huge crowds at other beaches. We found lots of sharks teeth using a \"Florida shovel\" that we borrowed from friends, though anything to sift sand will do. Our teenage son already misses the lightning fast Wi-Fi, and nightly dips in the pool after sight seeing around Venice and Sarasota. Many thanks to Jason for sharing his home with our family, dog and all, we had a fabulous visit and hope to return soon.
