You’ll have an UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW from EVERY window. From the Grand Patio & Master Bedroom you will see the vast expanse of the ocean & our pool below on the beach. At night, the city lights of Puerto Vallarta are visible with the moon glistening on the ocean.
 
As our Condo is one of the few located directly on the beach, your view of the ocean and mountains are unobstructed. All of the condos located behind our home have limited views which are obstructed or above the roof tops of the 4-beachfront building in front of them – Buildings 1 to 4. We are in building 2.
 
Children will enjoy being right on the beach. You will enjoy the security of being able to watch your children on the beach from our Grand Patio.
 
There is only 1 Condo in every building with as large & private Grand Patio as ours – with no view of other condos and/or other condos looking into your patio - DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE of staying somewhere with other people looking directly into your Grand Patio & other rooms. Great location, great unit and Susanna is awesome!


Well appointed 3 bedroom unit, with great outdoor living space and views. The 4th bedroom with bunk beds shares space with the washer & dryer so I wouldn\'t recommend it for everyday sleeping. The housekeeper/cook Susanna is amazing and she gave us a great chance to practice our Spanish skills. We shared this with 2 other couples and found it roomy for all of us. The golf cart for traveling to the beach clubs or into town for dinner was fantastic, and the location was close enough to have a 5 minute walk into town using the beach. We were also able to see whales breaching in the distance from the outdoor patio and the pool! Easy access to the parking garage as it is on the same level, and a short 2 story walk down the stairs, or use of the elevator, to the pool. Each building has its own designated pool and chairs. Take advantage of the in house massages - they are amazing and very reasonable priced for 90 minutes. My only room for improvement would be the one very firm mattress in bedroom 2.

Perfect In Every Way!


I can\'t say enough about my stay in Hacienda de Mita 206. From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had made the right choice in choosing this property. First, I will say that the booking process was so easy. Michael and Betty were helpful and answered all of my questions. Mariana, our concierge while in Punta Mita, was awesome. She was waiting for us when we arrived, explained the property to us, and check on us while we were there. She made restaurant reservations, arranged for drivers, etc. She was great! The property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and so well appointed. I can\'t say enough about it. The condo was so spacious. We were 6 adults and never felt cramped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, but the balcony/patio was amazing. The view was incredible. It made you not want to leave the condo! Suzanna (chef) and Gloria (housekeeper) were my favorite part of the trip. They were delightful. Suzanna made the best meals while we were there. Her pico de gallo was the best I ever had! We woke every morning to the smell of coffee and breakfast cooking. Lunch was incredible every day. She really spoiled us. And, Gloria was equally as wonderful. She cleaned and did laundry and ironed, etc. I can\'t say enough about either one of them. We all wanted to take them home with us. They were fun and very personable. Punta Mita is awesome. The beach clubs were so fun. The wait staff was so friendly. My husband golfed every day and loved it. We fished. We visited Sayulita. It was great. Having the golf cart was huge. We went to the town of Punta de Mita everyday, 2 or 3 times a day. It is just a short golf cart ride. The people were so nice. You can\'t go wrong if you choose Hacienda de Mita 206. We are already planning a trip back.

Hidden Treasure! HDM 206 is truly a special unit in the perfect location!


I cannot imagine finding a better condominium in Punt de Mita for a family vacation. The unit has the best ocean front location of a all the condominiums in the HDM complex. It is beautifully furnished throughout and has a gourmet kitchen. We spent the mornings and evenings relaxing on the huge lanai listening to the waves crash. The unit is located right next to the town where you can walk to some amazing oceanfront restaurants for specialty cocktails and great dining. The concierge staff and service was the most accommodating we have ever experienced. In addition, Suzanna prepared us authentic Mexican meals for breakfast and lunch and afternoon appetizers as well as cleaning the condo and doing our laundry. She was an outstanding chef and a joy to be around. Punta de Mita offers a variety of activities from sightseeing, surfing, snorkeling and golfing among many others. We all loved our week at HDM206 and we plan on coming back again soon!p

Beautiful & Susanna is a gem!


We had a wonderful week in HdM206. Beautiful property, great view, all the technology one could want, wonderful service. Susanna was delightful and mornings started out right with a delicious breakfast. After a full day at a beach club, we\'d come home to a clean condo with our laundry done! We did learn one thing ... if there\'s a maintenance issue, make sure the front gate (in addition to the concierge) knows someone will be coming, particularly late in the evening and help will arrive much sooner.
