Located very central, but still quiet – our Villa was built in contemporary and architecturally appealing style on a large lot.

On 2600 fully airconditioned square feet you will feel perfectly comfortable and enjoy your time in paradise.
Cape Coral is also known as „Florida´s Venice“ or „waterfront wonderland“.
The urban image is characterized by noble and luxurious villas with own swimming pools and jetties, suurounded by lush vegetation and wonderful palm trees.
It goes without saying that large shopping malls, supermarkets and factory-outlets are located within the close vicinity.
 
Even though Cape Coral is situated offside large metropolises of Florida´s east coast, it still offers many places of interest. The offshore beaches Captiva and Sanibel are known worldwide for their breathtaking white beaches, partly accessible only by boat.
 
Within 15-20 minutes in your rental car, you will reach miles and miles of fine-sandy beaches at „Ft. Myers Beach“, as well as access to the magnificent beaches of the both dream islands, Sanibel and Captiva.
 
These surroundings together with our divine vacation Villa are the guarantee for a relaxing, fantastic dream holiday in the US.
 
The mastersuite with „kingsize“- bed, own bathroom with shower, large free-standing tub, two sinks, toilet and spacious walk in closet leaves nothing to be desired. Apple TV with free Netflix access, Sonos Audio System and high speed WLAN, as well as telephone are provided, of course.
 
Also the second bedroom is equipped with a „kingsize“-bed .  The third bedroom awaits you with a „queensize“ - bed.
These rooms are lovingly decorated as well and also equipped with large walk in closets. For each of these rooms two further bathrooms with shower and toilet are available.
 
The middle section of the Villa offers an open, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (glass-ceramic stove, baking oven, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker, blender, dish washer, toaster, broad variety of plates, cutlery and glasses as well as a Nespresso etc.), in connection with a neat dining area, serving conveniently six people at a large table.
The spacious living area is divided from the kitchen and dining area only by charming architectural accents – this creates a loft-like combination of space that lets you experience light and lightness.
 
Electric power consumption:
Meter will be read out together with you and the property manager at check in and check out.
Electric power consumption charge is 15 cent per kWh (Florida standard rate).
 
Florida Visitor´s Tax:
11% visitor´s tax will be deducted automatically from the damage deposit.

The Villa is equipped with a wonderful, heated infinity pool with additional hot tub, deckchairs, cooler, chairs, a comfortable, roofed lounge with table and chairs and a „Weber"-gas grill.
 
The complete pool – and lounge area is surrounded by a screen for insect protection. All living areas are fitted with ceiling fans.
A jetty, including a boat lift tops off the ambience of our Villa.

The way from the kitchen leads via the laundry (washing machine and dryer) to a large three-car garage with electric strike. The driveway to the Villa offers sufficient parking area.

Great Stay


We had a great time on spring break 2017! This new villa is exactly what the pictures show. Our stay started with Klaus the property manager allowing us to check in a few hours early. Klaus did a great job explaining the property and local attractions for us to hit throughout the week. In addition to the pool, hot tub, and foosball table the villa also had fishing gear, a ping pong table, and a kayak for use. Fishing in the canals is hit or miss. I threw about every bait I had along with live and dead shrimp. There are definitely both fresh and salt water fish in the canals but I was only able to catch catfish. It was great fun for the kids, the catfish bite as fast as you can get the bait in the water at night. While we aren\'t a huge beach going family we did hit Sanibel Island for a day during our stay. This may be the only downside to staying staying in Cape Coral. From the villa, we had about a 45 minute drive to hit the beach. We had a great trip and would recommend this villa or any other property managed by Klaus and his wife.
