Our executive condo is decorated for the business and tourist traveler looking for deluxe accommodations at very affordable prices. This three bedroom, two bath condo is completely furnished with a King bed in the Master Suite.2 queen beds in the second bedroom, two full size beds in the third bedroom and a Queen size convertible Sleeper Sofa allows this condo to accommodate up to 10 guests. There is a 32 inch TV in the living room with HBO and a DVD player. There are televisions in each of the bedrooms as well. The furnished kitchen is equipped with all the modern day conveniences of a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and full size appliances such as a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. There is even a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Outdoor lanai with chairs and table are also offered. This unit is ADA Compliant and located on the first floor.

Security Deposit: Either (Option 1) purchase an ARD, Accidental Rental Damage, wavier for $50 or (Option 2) a refundable security deposit of $400. The premises will be available for occupation from 4:00 PM on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure times may be altered under written consent and made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival and/or departure time. Fees may apply for early arrival or late departures.
