This three bedroom, 1400 sq ft condo, has two baths, with an open floor plan truly offers a family getaway with enough space and privacy for everyone to enjoy their vacations here. You'll be able to enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony and when you've put the kids to bed in their own room, there is a 42 inch Flat Screen HD TV with digital cable package, over + channels, in the living room to help you unwind or just enjoy the game. The Master Suite has King bed with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and the third bedroom has another Queen bed. The living room has a convertible queen Sleeper Sofa to accommodate your additional guests and the kitchen is fully equip to make any meal. Also enjoy having a full size clothes washer and drying inside the unit.

Either (Option 1) purchase an ARD, Accidental Rental Damage, wavier for $50 or (Option 2) a refundable security deposit of $400
 
The premises will be available for occupation from 4:00 PM on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure times may be altered under written consent and made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival and/or departure time. Fees may apply for early arrival or late departures. To guarantee a reservation all of the following conditions apply: a reservation deposit of 20% of the total room rate before taxes with a minimum of $250.00 is due; the rental agreement has been signed by the guest (electronically or physically) and received by the property care/management company along with a copy of a valid and legible driver’s license or passport of the person whose name the reservation is under; and the person whose name the reservation is under must be at least 21 years of age and will be staying on property during the rental period. We do require a Security Deposit in addition to room rate for each room and/or reservation. This security deposit can be taken care of one of two ways: either the purchase of an Accidental Rental Damage waiver for $50 or a refundable security deposit of $400 held prior to your arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded after your departure date assuming there are no outstanding balances for services or damages to the property.

The property was well maintenance and extremely convenient with the publix shopping plaza... I will definitely be returning, feels just like home, very comfortable!!
