Our Las Brisas Ocean Front two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area (over 1250 sq.ft.). Easy to get to, it is only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather.
 
My wife and I vacation there 2-3 months per year assuring that everything is well maintained.

My wife Michelle (retired teacher) and I (almost retired marketing consultant) love to travel. Our home is in Ontario, Canada. The photo was taken in the BBQ patio at our condo on the beach. We enjoy the Christmas Holidays andl ski most of the winter at our ski condo at Mont Ste-Marie in the Laurentians just North of Ottawa. We try to spend 2-3 months enjoying the warm Gulf water and sometimes sharing with our 3 grown up kids and 2 twin grandchildren...I'm sure you will enjoy our condo as much as we do and treat it as though it was your own.Georges Bourdeau purchased this condo in 2011

Great family vacation in Madeira Beach!


We enjoyed a wonderful vacation with the family. I have two daughters (10 and 7 years old) and they love the place. The condo is amazing, spacious and has a balcony facing to the pool and the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony, beach is few steps away, you can see dolphins and rays in the beach, awesome! The two rooms are comfortable and clean, they have TV on it. It has two bathrooms, laundry. A lot of stuff in the kitchen, very useful; even though I didn\'t use a lot of things. The treasure chest was very convenience for the kids. They use noodles, boards and snorkel masks. The owner Georges was very nice and helpful in every way. Ann was amazing. Always happy and smiling and helpful. The cleaning woman was a little rude the first day when we arrived to the condo. I recommend to have some beach towels in the condo. It would be very nice. It was a beautiful stay on the beach! We enjoy walking in the boulevard and eating in restaurants in the area. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a vacation close to the beach. Absolutely amazing stay! I will come back again.

Florida Beach Vacation


41 years old. Vacationed with my wife, and my 12 year old autistic son. Location was Awesome! Loved the pool. The amount of space for a family is incredible. We feel spoiled now, as we don\'t ever vacation in hotels any longer. 2 bathrooms makes everything easier. We\'re hoping to convince some grandparents to join next year, and get another unit in the condo. Added bonus: DVD player for evening movies. Beach supplies (we used chair & noodles). We enjoyed days at the beach, and we enjoyed days at water parks, and even made it to Orlando to visit Sea World.

Great Vacation!!


We had a great time and the condo was everything we hoped for. The condo was great and nicely stocked. We had beautiful views from the balcony and the beach was just steps away. We would definitely recommend Las Brisas to anyone and hope to come back. The owner was very nice and accommodating. It was like home away from home!

Great condo, fabulous balcony


Condo was great. Plenty of kitchen utensils and gadgets to make preparing dinner a breeze! Saw dolphins from the fabulous balcony. Washer and dryer in unit was especially great so I didn\'t have a ton of laundry to do when I got home. Had a late check in that went very smoothly. No hassles. We would definitely rent again.

First visit to Madeira beach.


We very much enjoyed our stay at Georges condo. It was pretty much as described in their rental ad. We would certainly stay there again. One recommendation would be adding bath mats to washrooms. The kitchen was well equipped but perhaps more cups and glassware could be added. Certainly overall our experience was very positive. The location was excellent.

Great stay during national championship game


Family of 4 adults stayed for long weekend during national championship game. The owner was very quick to respond to inquiries and questions prior to arrival and very thorough with all information. We arrived after hours and were able to gain access with absolutely no issues at all. The condo is on the beach with a nice view. plenty of restaurants around. Overall pleased with the condo as well as the experience.

My first vacation since 1993


I found this condo affordable, greatly located, and in a really secure area. The accommodations and amenities were great. Plan to visit again when I am in Florida
