It was a great location and a great house. It was equipped with everything we needed.


It was a great property. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and steps from the beach. It was so layed back, we were able to bring our dogs on the beach (everyone did) and also leave our beach gear on the beach (many did). It was close enough to Lewes and Rehoboth, but far enough to be quiet.

Wonderful home with all the amenities needed for a great beach vaca. Only steps to the beach!


The house is perfect for a large family or a few families vacationing together as the entire upper level is one big room - open concept - so everyone can relax together and enjoy ocean views. The house was clean with all necessary amenities. The owners and rental company were very responsive (fixed and rebooted internet/cable immediately upon our arrival). Broadkill Beach is ideal for young kids - we also enjoyed Lewes Beach and downtown Lewes which is a short drive.
