C~Kissed  has 6 queen-sized beds, 4 bunk beds (bunk bedroom on ground level) and 2 twin beds in the loft.   It also features 2 full baths, 2 half baths, a 3rd inside shower, and an outdoor hot/cold shower/bathhouse.  This non-smoking beach-house is complete with central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 5 color cable TVs, 3 DVD players, a telephone with free nationwide calling, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living area.  This beachfront house contains nearly 2400 sq ft of living space and has spectacular views of the ocean from all living areas and bed rooms.

Born, raised and worked my entire life in the Amherst/Hadley/Holyoke area of Western Massachusetts. Loving the Southport/Oak Island area of North Carolina we moved to Southport in December of 2013.Chester Banach purchased this house in 2002We have been coming to Oak Island for over 20 years and enjoy the laid back family atmosphere that the island has to offer so when this property became available in 2002 my sister and I jumped at the chance to purchase it. We have had a wonderful time over the years renting to our guests and we have enjoyed sharing the house with them.

Great house, great location!


Our large multigenerational family loved our time together in this house. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs, the ocean front location was convenient, and there was plenty of cookware, dishes, etc for our large crew. The bathroom and shower layout is different than houses we\'ve stayed in before and it worked out great, so clever! Our interactions with the owner were very informative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. It\'s a great home to share a relaxing family vacation.

MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE BEEN COMING TO OAK ISLAND WHEN IT WAS STILL CALLED LONG BEACH, 25 PLUS YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE STAYED IN NUMEROUS HOMES.... THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE \"BEST YET\". VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS,AMPLE SPACE, AND A VERY WELL STOCKED KITCHEN FOR COOKING IN. THE ITEMS LEFT FOR OUR USE DURING OUR STAY WAS A GREAT SURPRISE. THE UNIQUE FLOOR PLAN OFFERS BOTH A STREET SIDE AND OCEAN VIEW FROM EACH BEDROOM WINDOW. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND ALREADY PLAN TO RETURN TO CKissed NEXT YEAR.

The property was amazing, right on the beach and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation.


The house was roomy and had all the kitchen essentials you could ask for. The rocking chairs on the porch were a real bonus. We sat on the porch for hours just watching the waves coming in. The beach access was wonderful, the kids could roam back and forth between the house and the beach with ease. We loved our time at CKissed.

Perfect family trip!


This house was just perfect for our family vacation. This was our first year staying at C-Kissed. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had including what to expect after hurricane Matthew. My family of four, my Mom, and my two brothers and their families never felt crowded and with four bathrooms that was a plus. Inside, the kids played in the loft area and we were able to see and hear them very easily from the living room. Having two dining tables and plenty of chairs allowed comfortable dinners and lots of game time playing boggle and phase 10. The view of the ocean was amazing and the wide front porch with plenty of rocking chairs was enjoyed by all. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing i would like to see would be a pantry for food. Maybe even scale down some of the glassware to free up some cabinets. With four families buying groceries the countertops stayed full. This certainly wouldn\'t keep us from coming back! In fact, all families agreed, this is the house for us!! We\'ll be back next year for sure.

Great Girls Weekend


A group of 9 neighbors all thoroughly enjoyed this home for our fall girls trip. The house was the perfect size and lay out for us. It had plenty of seating and beds for us all. It was exceptionally clean and so comfortable. And the location and view are to die for. We absolutely hope to be back!!
