Your condo has bamboo flooring , new appliances, Keurig brewer and a variety of pods! 2 bedroom , 2 bath , rentals of any length, everything (literally!) provided. Beautifully decorated, WiFi, 2 HD TVs , books, DVDs, all kitchen appliances and tools, dining table , queen sleeper sofa, daybed, washer and dryer, patio with furniture for outdoor smoking. Pets pay $50. No extra charge for number of kids. Adults over 21. Another Show Me Comfort property!

Great!


The condo was convenient to campus and many restaurants, clean and well appointed. Although we did not cook, everything is there to meet your needs. The complex was quiet and very safe as it is in a nice residential area. I plan to stay there again if it is available for my next weekend visit of Columbia.

Beautiful spacious apartment!


We love staying in this beautiful, spacious and very clean apartment. As returning guests, we love the comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms, outdoor patio, contemporary furniture and artwork and the little touches that Jane adds to make our stay so nice! The location is perfect for us as it is just a short drive to the University\'s campus. We look forward to many more return visits!

Comfortable, clean & a great location!


We stayed at this property in Columbia over the Thanksgiving holiday. We found the condo to be very clean, roomy & close to family in Columbia. There were many restaurants & grocery stores nearby. It was nice to have a ground floor so we didn\'t have to carry luggage upstairs. We also appreciated having the use of a washer & dryer. We will definitely stay here again!

I really love your place. Wonderfully decorated! You have to give me the info on the artwork, please. All the extra touches may it special. Love the coffee pot. Don\'t have one at home. Now I have to get one. Only suggestion is the tv \' s are rather small for movies and such.

Nice Apartment


I stayed here with my family of 4 for a month during the summer as a visiting faculty for MU. The apartment was clean and nice, and reasonably close to the MU campus.
