Swim and boat from your 30’ pier. Located on the 2nd largest lake in Wisconsin (with 23,000 acres) and 1-1/2 miles from Wilderness Park beach and developed boat launch. Additional community boat launch and hidden beach just down the road. Listen to the waves lapping against the shoreline, while roasting marshmallows and counting starts at the lakeside campfire pit. Entertain on the large wrap-around deck … dine on the deck, inside, or in the screened-in porch. The warmth of the interior logs and pine flooring throughout, with ceramic brick kitchen and foyer, and focal touches of smooth fieldstone — makes Shoreline Timbers a vacation in and of itself!
 
With two large separate living areas, enjoy the views and serenity.  Relax in the high cathedral great room … while the rest of the family enjoys the large screen TV in the separate large open den area. This home boasts a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 baths  —  the master suite has a private bath with whirlpool tub … sitting high over the water with ceiling-to-floor lakeside windows which offer a spectacular morning view.
 
Shoreline Timbers sleeps up to 14 … 10 adults and 4 children. Close to beaches, golfing, boating, trails … and attractions such as the Elroy Bike Trail, Ho-Chunk Casino (Nekoosa), Necedah Wildlife Refuge (the largest in Wisconsin), county festivals and events … only 45 minutes to Wisconsin Dells, or a day trip to Spring Green, the Frank Lloyd Wright center and House on the Rock, or canoeing the Lemonwier or Wisconsin Rivers. Relaxation or exhilarating activities — the choice is yours!

Dock at the private pier during the daytime, but boat must be removed during the night.

Terms & Conditions

•Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are CONFIRMED upon receipt of the signed rental agreement, guest data sheet, and reservation deposit. The guest named on the rental agreement is the party responsible for the reservation, adhering to our policies, and assuring the property is appropriately maintained during the stay. CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable (less a 10% administration fee of the total base rental) due to cancellations with a minimum 60 day notice prior to arrival. A refund with less than 60 days notice is possible only when that home becomes booked and rented during that same rental period. PROCEDURE: Only when we have received the signed rental agreement and completed Guest Data Sheet is your confirmation complete. Upon receipt of your deposit, the rental agreement (showing amount due upon arrival), directions to the home, an area map, a list of amenities, and your personal lockbox combination is mailed to you. The lockbox allows you immediate key retrieval for the home. Upon your arrival, call us immediately at 888-404-2688 to arrange a time when we can meet you at the home (either early that evening or early the next morning), so we may acquaint you with the area, answer any questions you may have, and to complete the paperwork and final payment. The credit card listed on the Guest Data Sheet must be presented at this time.

Prime season includes 5/25/18 - 9/6/18 with a 4 night min stay.
Value season includes 9/8/17 - 5/24/18 and 9/7/18 – 12/20/18 with a 3 night min stay (25% discount /lowest rates as listed)!
Holiday stays between 12/22/17 - 1/4/18 at prime season rate (3 night min).
Some shorter stays may be accepted with an add'l $200 short-stay fee. Call for availability.
State & local tax 5.5%
Pets accepted - add'l $50 non-refundable pet fee/per pet and add'l $100 refundable pet security deposit/per pet.

This was the first time we have rented a vacation home. It was fabulous on the lake and the view. The house went way beyond expectations. We will definitely rent from the Cottage Keeper in the future. It was a family vacation with our daughters and son in laws.

Perfect property


My husband and I have been searching for the perfect property to take our 4 children (ages 14, 15, 21, 25 and a newly added son in law.) over the past 6 years. We have used Cottage Keeper 5 of the last 6 years. They are very professional and have addressed issues with speed. This was by far the best property, with the perfect mix of features. The property is private and well laid out. The fire pit is situated very near the water. The screened in porch, proved to be a serious asset on a rain day. The over sized table was a bonus at dinner time. Fishing was great right off the private dock. The water is about 6 feet deep just off the dock and dropped to 20 feet about 25 feet out. This is the home for us from now on. Thank you Dave and Ginny.
