Eagle Bay Is a custom built, full-log home — giving your family the modern conveniences you expect and the ambience your getaway vacation deserves!
 
This acre pie-shaped lot offers 3000’ of waterfront, with level lawn for play, leading down to the dock or the banks of the bay. Walk along the path down the narrow peninsula, with the lake on one side and the bay on the other. Wade out from the sandy shoreline with the little ones to swim and splash and play in the sandy-bottom shallows. Dock your boats during your entire stay on the private, wood pier with sitting area to capture the views of nature and the lake activities. Star gaze the vast night skies, roast marshmallows, laugh and tell family tales around the campfire in the evenings, and relax on the large deck overlooking the lake.
 
This home accommodates your family of 14 (max of 10 adults) … with 5 bedrooms, loft and great room futon. The hardwood flooring throughout completes the natural décor of your log cabin. The fully-stocked kitchen offers all the modern stainless steel appliances to prepare meals and entertain your family and friends.
 
The oversized master suite boasts plenty of private space and a gorgeous master bath with separate open shower, lovely oval tub, and dual-sinks. High cathedral ceilings, open loft, and plenty of windows throughout provide glimpses of nature and sunlight days as you unwind and rejuvenate during your stay at Eagle Bay.

Terms & Conditions

•Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are CONFIRMED upon receipt of the signed rental agreement, guest data sheet, and reservation deposit. The guest named on the rental agreement is the party responsible for the reservation, adhering to our policies, and assuring the property is appropriately maintained during the stay. CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable (less a 10% administration fee of the total base rental) due to cancellations with a minimum 60 day notice prior to arrival. A refund with less than 60 days notice is possible only when that home becomes booked and rented during that same rental period. PROCEDURE: Only when we have received the signed rental agreement and completed Guest Data Sheet is your confirmation complete. Upon receipt of your deposit, the rental agreement (showing amount due upon arrival), directions to the home, an area map, a list of amenities, and your personal lockbox combination is mailed to you. The lockbox allows you immediate key retrieval for the home. Upon your arrival, call us immediately at 888-404-2688 to arrange a time when we can meet you at the home (either early that evening or early the next morning), so we may acquaint you with the area, answer any questions you may have, and to complete the paperwork and final payment. The credit card listed on the Guest Data Sheet must be presented at this time.

Prime season includes 5/25/18 - 9/6/18 with a 4 night min stay.
Value season includes 9/8/17 - 5/24/18 and 9/7/18 – 12/20/18 with a 3 night min stay (25% discount /lowest rates as listed)!
Holiday stays between 12/22/17 - 1/4/18 at prime season rate (3 night min).
Some shorter stays may be accepted with an add'l $200 short-stay fee. Call for availability.
State & local tax 5.5%

We loved the house


We loved the house, lots of space for everyone to have their own space. Nice to have the two docks for ski boat and small fishing boat, loved the sandy bottom of the water.

Lots of living space downstairs and chairs.


Lots of living space downstairs and chairs. Great decor. No odors. Everything was very clean, lots of pots/pans/dishes/kitchen supplies. Good mattresses, and nice pillows. Everything very well kept. Loved the large deck. They do spray for mosquitoes but still bring spray b/c its hard to avoid them. A couple of upstairs rooms are small but 2 bathroom are good sized. Master suite is large & gorgeous! We plan to return for a family reunion next year!
