The 'Villa Carla' is located near the most beautiful beaches of the South of the Grande Terre (2 km from the Club Med beach).
 
It benefits from a very beautiful swimming pool (70 m2) with the original form (you will reach its carbet by a bridge).
 
The calm and relaxing environment with a beautiful sea view on Marie Galante and Basse Terre.
Furnished in a contemporary style, full foot 180 m2 + a terrace of 150 m 2.
 
An independent studio 30 m2 equipped with a kitchenette, air-conditioned room, TV tnt, internet access, for 2 additional persons is a capacity of 12 persons (price of 300 € / week according to season)
 
It includes a large living room completely open on the terrace and enjoying the sea view.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a central island.
The terrace of 150 m2 with its carbet, furnished with an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a dining area.
You can enjoy its 5 bedrooms, 4 air-conditioned with terrace access:
 
- a parental suite a bed 180x200 with dressing, seen swimming pool and sea and a room of water
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed with sea view and its private bathroom
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- a bedroom with two beds 90x190 and its private bathroom
- a mezzanine equipped with a bed 160 x 200 (not air-conditioned) with fans.
 
Rooms are air-conditioned from 7 pm to 8 am
For lovers of walking and discovery, you have a pedestrian walk of 7km along the coast, starting from the villa.

35% deposit on signing the contract and 65% balance 1 month before your arrival
 
End of stay cleaning 200 € including 50% recoverable in your taxes (service to the person) for the villa
 
Final cleaning € 230 including 50% recoverable in your taxes (personal service) for the villa + Studio

That's what tourists are looking for when coming to Guadeloupe.Villa Carla has just been classified 5 *, it is composed of three blocks, each family to its independence. The shape of the pool is unique, it is adapted to the architecture of the villa.

great family vacation


very nice stay in this beautiful villa comfortable, functional and well equipped in a beautiful setting and a beautiful view of the sea. The owners are friendly and available. We also enjoyed the very good meals of the gourmet Kas recommended by Vanessa and the addresses of restaurants indicated by Mickaël.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Carla, a beautiful villa with an amazing view. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The villa and outdoor terraces were very spacious, we were 7 adults and were very comfortable. Dinner on the long table by the pool was always a highlight of the day. Vanessa and Mikael were so helpful and very welcoming, speaking both English and French to our bilingual group. A true paradise! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carla, a beautiful villa with amazing views. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The villa and outdoor terraces were very spacious, we were 7 adults and we were very comfortable. Dinner on the long table by the pool was always a special moment at the end of the day. Vanessa and Mikael were very welcoming, speaking English and French to our bilingual group. A real paradise!

Villa completely fairy


We had wonderful moments in Guadeloupe and especially at Villa Carla. We were completely delighted by the place. The villa is beautiful and is very well located, the view is breathtaking. We rented a month here and would have loved staying there much longer. I highly recommend this villa is a little paradise.
