The covered terrace closed by screen offer you a private backyard.
Fully air-conditionning and full furnished
It takes a short walk or 2 minutes driving to the beach, you can walk for miles at low tides, and enjoy the
pool and the picnic area at few steps from the house. At 500 meters there is “Esterillos Town Center”
where you can find supermarket, restaurants and shops…
Vehicle strongly recommended but there are buses to Jaco and Quepos at 200 meters.
Cleaning assistance (for fees) available when you will nedd it.

I chose to live in Costa Rica because my work made me travel between Mexico and South America, so I said Why not live there all year?Costa Rica is a democratic country where medical care is very good, we have public and private hospitals, primary schools, colleges and universities internationally recognised.The Central Pacific has beautiful long beaches with panoramic views and an ambient temperature between 26 and 34 (79 to 93 Fahrenheit) throughout the year.Personally, I hate the cold, so I said goodbye to our winters in Quebec and I went with my son, who was 13 at the time, to this hot country. Id be lying if I said it was always easy, but today, after more than 22 years, I can assist you with this new experience.
